Chimney Repair
He was originally paid to fix the chimney by the neighbor who owned the house. She decided to sell the house and we needed someone to fix the chimney and called the same guy because he didn't do what he was paid for the first time. We had to pay him again. He didn't have a license to cut off our chimney and I had to get the city inspector involved. He yelled, screamed and swore at me. He came back and demanded more money from me and I said no.
