RELIABLE HONEST TRUSTWORTHY I hired My Roofer to replace my roof. Allen went above and beyond helping us during the entire project. Allen was the only Contractor that was honest and up front about repairs I needed done. Michelle answered all my questions and emails fast and efficiently. Their Crew of Workers did a great job installing and with clean up. YOU KNOW THEY'RE GOOD WHEN YOU OVER HEAR THE NEIGHBORS PRAISING THEM.

After Hurricane Matthew I found it necessary to replace the shingles on mine and my mother-in-law's roof. Home Advisor led me to "My Roofer" and I found two other contractors who advertised in the area. All bids were fairly close together in price. Allen with My Roofer took the time to completely asses the job, go over the details and answer all questions. Even though the rain interfered with scheduling, both Allen and Michelle worked us into the schedule. The Job was competed before the Christmas Holidays. Allen and his crew were on time, friendly and very professional and Michelle, she is the best!!! Michelle kept me informed throughout the whole process. They did quality work and used quality products The Roof looks great and you can't tell that they were even there because of the clean-up afterwards. Allen did a great job of following up. He inspected the completed job to insure everything was in order. A truly great experience. Thanks, My Roofer and Home Advisor for getting the job done before Christmas.

The crew was on time and completed on schedule. Most importantly the materials they used along with the sky lights they installed were of high quality. No skimping or short cuts. Took extra effort to do a professional job. I would most definitely hire them again without hesitation.

She promptly returned my call with the exact day and time that Allen would be at my home. As promised, he came on the day and time as scheduled! Allen knew exactly what needed to be done, and took care of it that very day! My Roofer will be highly recommended to friends and neighbors!!

My Roofer did a great job. They came out and hit the ground running and finished the job quickly. They did all of this on two of the hottest days (Both breaking 100).

Total respect of my time set time for estimate and repair and was like clock work. Have to wait for next rain to test repair but Allen sure made a positive impression, will be shocked if problems arise

My Roofer did a phenomenal job with my new roof! From start to finish, they were helpful, courteous, and professional. Their integrity and work ethic are superior to any company I have ever had to deal with before. They went above and beyond to make this the most pleasant experience! Roof leaks are stressful, but they took all my stress away! Now I have a beautiful new roof and my neighbors have been complementing it non-stop. I am proud of my home again and smile every time I pull into my driveway! I would definitely use them again and most certainly recommend My Roofer to be your roofer!

I called a number of roofers in the Charleston area to complete estimates on replacing my roof. A couple companies came out, a couple said they would but didn't, but Allen with My Roofer came out the same day I called, and the estimate was in my email that evening. He was very professional, explained and showed me exactly what was wrong, and answered a ton of questions that I had. It took a few days to gather a few more estimates, but My Roofer came in as the best estimate. Plus, even if they hadn't, I probably would have hired them, because both Allen and the office girl (I can't remember her name) were both so professional and courteous. Anyway, once I had signed the contract, his crew started the next morning, and were done that afternoon. I was amazed! If ANYONE needs any roofing done, I would highly recommend them. They were amazing!
