Brett was very helpful throughout the process and easy to work with. The finished product exceeded our expectations. It was at the top of our price point but we are happy with the decision.

It doesnâ t let me give them zero starsâ ¦. I can not adequately describe how unhappy we are with the pergola installed at our home. Itâ s leaked more times than I can count and even caused a mold issue inside of our house. We have had it for 2 years and have had to have someone come fix it at least 5 times.. should be more but itâ s becoming harder and harder to get them to come back. We have an active leak now thatâ s been going on for months and ruining the furniture underneath. This is after they came back to â fixâ the pergola twice this summer. We also had them install the all weather windows in our sunroom and all but 2 are not functional. Really cheap products, avoid them.

Chip and the foundation team were amazing. Did a great job creating the foundation which was topographically challenging! Jordan , Sammy and Josh did a terrific job on the upbuild. Everyone communicated well, kept the job site clean and just overall did a great job. I am extremely happy with the finished screened in porch. Highly recommend!

Jordan and Jorge were not only efficient with their time spent on the project (it only took them THREE days), but also were very courteous and professional. Sales guy showed up and quoted my wife and I for a new patio in about 15 minutes and was gone. Quote came to my email about 2 days later and we signed and agreed. My wife is paraplegic. She has issues getting around. salesman said we could have our patio installed even with our doors for that. Chip the project manager came out to do the patio, told us no you canâ t do that, by code. called another contractor who said same thing. unlike the sales guy, Chip spent a hour plus with my wife and I discussing some options to keep it within code, and so water wouldnâ t get in our home as it was sold. (wish I knew this from the beginnin) in the end, Chip and his crew made a ramp (out of concret), and installed a drain in front of the door, while not charging us a penny. Chip and his crew were impressive. he took a problem, and really took the time to explain how to fix it without rushing. I will gladly recommend Chip which is why you get 4 stars and not 1. he made the best of a bad situation and we are happy

Recently I contracted with Express Sunrooms to install a patio cover with gutters over my concrete patio. It was an excellent experience from beginning to completion. Brett was awesome to work with. Express Sunrooms has been very professional and helpful thus far through the project. We have not begun construction yet, so I cannot rate them for their work. However, once we are started and especially when they finish I will update this review. If their construction work matches their professionalism thus far, I anticipate an incredible sunroom. Because I cannot adequately rate their construction (it has not happened yet) but this web page requires a rating before we can leave a review, I am rating everything they have done at a perfect five. The "work quality" I anticipate a perfect five but cannot that is just guess work based upon our experiences thus far,

Scott Haynes came out promptly and did a fantastic job of fixing some issues with our vinyl porch. Best service have had in S. C. He is very professional and did the work on his first visit. We did not have to schedule another visit to complete the job. Great service still exists in South Carolina. Do Call Scott for excellent service. Call Scott for great service.
