this company is Excellent.. project turned out better than we had hoped for. the staff was outstanding to work with -Jason the project manager kept us up to date with all of the details-and was a pleasure to deal with. He is excellent with follow up, and responsive with solutions to developments as they occur, (I requested some changes before we started.) The crew arrived with several workers. I met with Brett and he answered all my questions and the quote was better than I could have imagined. Now my previous screened in porch is part of my indoor/outdoor living space. I chose to add the knee wall to keep out the dirt from my flower bed and it just makes the space feel more like a room. Install was easy peasy. Joshua and Michael were so polite and got my room finished in no time plus Joshua installed a doggy door for my doggos! Bugs are a thing of the past and I’m so grateful I can enjoy my porch year round. If you want to enclose your screened in porch without breaking the bank, I highly recommend Express Sunrooms!!!

It doesnâ t let me give them zero starsâ ¦. I can not adequately describe how unhappy we are with the pergola installed at our home. Itâ s leaked more times than I can count and even caused a mold issue inside of our house. We have had it for 2 years and have had to have someone come fix it at least 5 times.. should be more but itâ s becoming harder and harder to get them to come back. We have an active leak now thatâ s been going on for months and ruining the furniture underneath. This is after they came back to â fixâ the pergola twice this summer. We also had them install the all weather windows in our sunroom and all but 2 are not functional. Really cheap products, avoid them.
