When we called, we explained that this was a small job but a very important one as we now have NO working bathroom. Whomever we talked to gave us the estimate...over the phone, without even coming to look...of $15,000 minimum and 'could be more'. Also stated that they couldn't even consider doing anything until sometime in the spring.

It sounded very much like they just didn't want to be bothered with a job this small.

Our designer, Russ, was awesome to work with - he helped us take a few strong feelings for design elements and turn them into a beautiful, unique, and architecturally appropriate design for our master bath.  He guided us with a great sense of humor and genuinely cared that we got what we wanted at the best possible price.  The Classic project team did a great job of executing the design, including outstanding custom cabinetry, tilework, drywalling and painting.   When we hit the normal bumps involved in a project of this scope, they were minor and Cava, the project manager, and Bobby, the master carpenter were quick to respond and resolve all issues faster than we thought possible.  They were also extremely careful to clean every day so that we could have minimal disruption of our house and they even posted signs for workers to know that there were pets in the house that should not be let out.  

We felt throughout the project that they were at least as concerned as we were that everything be right and are impressed by their policy to revisit the project in six months or so to see how it wears and take care of anything that shows up with use.  We feel like we have a lot of new friends after this project and will not hesitate to call Classic Remodeling for our next project.

Every phase was done by thoroughly professional workers.  Owner helped design both areas as I didn't want them enlarged.  Custom cabinets were built for both areas.  I chose the tile of my preference to add a walk-in shower in place of tub in master bath.  In guest bath, the room was not exactly square, but tile mason made it perfectly line up with where cabinet met floor.  A few years later, I noticed some mold under the guest sink.  I called the owner of company, who came out to see, admitted that they had not sealed the under-the-sink vent properly, and had the custom cabinet replaced, vent sealed, repainted, and even spared the large, continuous piece of marble that is the vanity surface: not even a chip!  This repair was done at no expense for me.

Another amazing service provided during the entire process is that each day, when preparing to leave, my home was dusted, vacuumed, and straightened as though they had never been there. A log was maintained that showed exactly what had been done that day, and what to expect on the next day.

The wonderful carpenter even rescued my old dog who had wedged herself in between rails of a banister.  She (the carpenter) had to cut out a rail, then replaced it, and painted it, all for no charge.

The jobs cost me more more than I hoped they would, but they are first class.  I have tried a few money saving routes since then, and been sorely disapponted.

DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THIS COMPANY!!

The work was done professionally and on time.

They started on time, left me notes every day of what was accomplished and what to expect the next day. The house was always left immaculately at the end of the day's work. Everything was done very well and expertly. A little pricey, but...

They were very professional and very well organized. They did things when they said they would do and they gave accurate quotes. We were really happy with them. The price was fair and we got what we paid for.

Scheduled an appointment for them to come and look at my mother-in-law suite (which, by the way, was demo'd before the appointment). Bob was prompt, came in, looked around and asked what I would like done. He made a rough sketch of the renovated kitchen, took some measurments, and was completely open to the idea that we had already purchased appliances and flooring for the renovations. The whole appointment took appx. 20 minutes. He brought a pamphlet and references for me to look over and only took 4 days to get his detailed proposal to me, which I thought was great! I had 2 other estimates and decided to go with another contractor......Classic Remodeling being the highest bid of the three.

They were very dependable. It was a small job yet it took a longer time than what we anticipated. There was just one person to do the job. However, we were pleased with the work done. We had some problems with the shower afterwards as it was leaking, and they came back and repaired it. Their price was a little on the higher side.

They weren't very good. When she met with us for the estimate, she had cut and paste from another document and she didn't have the grand total, as it said $180,000 from another job. She tried to show us a computer animation which didn't work. She had no attention to detail.

They did a fantastic job. Exceptionally professional and neat. We're already lining up additional projects for them to do. We highly recommend them.

Every member of the crew was skilled, professional, courteous, prompt and friendly. And the precedent stayed personally involved to ensure our satisfaction.

We were very pleased with the general contractor, his supervisors and craftsmen. All contact and work was done in a very professional manner. The glitches came from the subcontractors, specifically cabinetry, HVAC and painting. But I emphasize that the general contractor's staff intervened quickly and effectively.
