Went out of his way to take care of me first. Got to my house early morning and was out before 1pm. Highly Recommend, affordable, Knows what he is doing and doesn't slack off. Gets the job done fast. Would 100% use his services again for future issues.

If you are looking for a quality home inspector, please reach out to Two River Home Inspections. Mike Sullivan did a complete home inspection for me on the home I am currently buying. He was the best price and top-notch service. Mike was very diligent in keeping the lines of communication open and he was at the property before the scheduled time of inspection. He thoroughly checked the home and all the systems and explained everything to us in detail. We even had a few laughs! I have worked as a realtor for many years and have owned another home before this. But Mike Sullivan of Two River Home Inspections is hands-down the top of the line in home inspections. Mike is very professional, timely and knowledgeable. He took the time to periodically stop during the inspection and explain (in Layman's terms) exactly what he was doing & why he was doing it. He left no stone unturned. Answered all of my questions. Great guy with great service at a great price. I'd recommend him to ANYONE!
