Inspections protect buyers/owners of all types of real estate. Mold inspections are very important for health reasons. For current homeowners, Home Maintenance and Safety inspections provide an independent evaluation of ALL visible conditions existing at your property to alert you of issues of concern before they become costly. You can hire ONE licensed home inspection professional with engineering degrees/numerous certifications to evaluate conditions in your home usually during one visit. Over 200 hundred 5 star reviews! Sample Pricing: Home Inspections start at $.20-$.25 per sqft with a minimum of $400 Mold testing fees usually start at $425 and up Environmental testing is an important part of the ownership experience. Services we offer

Almost any type of inspection services for residential and small commercial properties. Air quality testing is done only for mold spore contamination. SORRY, NO MOBILE HOMES., Buyer/investor pre inspections, Home Maintenance and Safety inspections for current owners, Ken Marchi is the owner and Master Inspector, and has personally performed over 15,000 inspections since 1996. Ken is licensed by the State of New Jersey and the State of South Carolina as a Professional Home Inspector. He holds certifications as a Carbon Monoxide Technician and as a Microbial Technician (to inspect for and take samples of mold for laboratory analysis)., Ken's personal philosophy is to inspect every home as if it were his own investment and he was moving his own family into that home.

Mr. Marchi is highly educated in the field of mold inside homes or other buildings. I have researched the issue of mold as it relates to health for several years and was very impressed with his knowledge! He is not affiliated with remediation companies and will not try to recommend remediation companies. That kind of integrity is absent in most businesses. He spent all the time I needed in explaining the testing procedure and the science behind what he does and he answered every question I had.

The owner of this business conducted an air quality and mold test in my home. His expertise on mold was incredible and reflected the research on mold that I conducted. Ken is very highly knowledgeable about construction, local building codes and manufacture standards. With Ken you will be sure not to get your typical cookie cutter home inspector. Ken doesn’t try to up sell you with all different packages. Ken is a real Professional who didn’t take a couple courses on Home Inspection, No Ken has multiple engineering degrees in building. We received a complete home inspection at a very fair price and are very very satisfied. He explained everything in great detail. We would definitely hire Ken again if we decide to buy another house. From our first phone conversation it was quite apparent that Ken Marchi is the consummate professional. He briefly explained his 'process' and his independence from those who perform home repairs. Ken's examination of our home exterior revealed the true cause of worrisome stains and hairline cracks in the stucco wall, and the appropriate corrective measures that WE could perform ourselves. As he left, Ken noted three installation issues in the garage that would not meet fire safety standards; and he described the steps WE could take to correct those issues, without hiring others. We highly recommend Ken Marchi for home inspection, and the peace of mind that his expertise and honesty provide.
