We couldn't have been more pleased. The whole staff was so professional as well as warm and kind. Our Chihuahua was limping badly after we had finished our walk. We called and were told that it was almost closing time but they would wait for us. Upon arrival it took minutes to have our dog's record faxed from the former vet. The staff used that time to soothe her and make her more comfortable with them, She is a very shy dog but they kept her calm during the whole exam - not an easy thing to do. We have never seen her react so well. The office and exam rooms were spotless. We are relieved to find this vet/boarding facility to keep our animals when to go away at Christmas. It as only been two days and she is walking normally.

As usual Dr. Klugman is very thorough and gives valuable information. He never is rushed and covers all the bases. I have an older dog, 12 years old and she has had thyroid issues. She is not over tested but if there are changes I do have the blood work done or when it is recommended since she does take multiple prescriptions. These were started before we moved to the Charleston area.
Today I brought my dog due to concern I had about her biting her skin and an odor. After examining her he took samples from her skin and ears and found bacteria and yeast infection. Prescribed medicine and ear drops. I always appreciate the knowledge he passes on whenever we have an appointment. I feel he knows his stuff and has the best interests of the animals he sees. I have been using this vet for almost 2 years. I also have seen Dr Baker. She is good as well.

I paid about $80 per cat and they did get a lot of immunizations.

They were perfect, no problems. They are really into animals. They are very reasonable in their costs. They don't suggest testing or anything unless it's absolutely needed. They give you a lot of options in terms of treatments.

Wonderful visit. Dr Klugman is the best,,, caring,, competent, and looks at every detail!
