HANAHAN AUTOMOTIVE & TRUCK SVC

I first contacted Hanahan Auto about making an appointment for Saturday to change my oil and fix an oil leak. The man on the phone told me it is first come first serve on Saturday. I went in early Saturday morning and waited about 5 minutes as no one was manning the front desk. When a man walked in I told him about my problem and he said "we really don't take cars on Saturday, we mostly use it as a catch up day". He was nice and talked to me about my problem and offered to talk with the mechanics to see if they could fit me in, but i didn't want to cause them to get behind on their work. I went back Monday to drop my car off. I asked the man at the front desk to call me when the car was done. Come 4:00 I had not heard anything and had to call them (after leaving a message around noon asking if the car was ready). Now, the oil leak is 5x worse. Half a tank of oil has leaked out in a months time. I called and left a message expressing my concern and asked them to call me back so we could discuss fixing the leak. They didn't call back.

Update: took my car to another shop to try and fix the oil leak - they charged twice as much and the car still leaks.
