Rentals - Equipment
After a fax, 3 email requests, and 2 phone calls talking to live bodies,
the unit STILL has not been picked up 10 days later. Now it is in the
way and has forced us to postpone 2 deliveries for our home remodel project. This was meant to be a convenience, not an inconvenience! This
company doesn't seem to care when they get around to things, so long as
they take your money up front. Customer service,
punctuality, and professionalism are all FAILS with C&J Portable
Toilets.
