Dan was great! After finding it was not a clog, he found septic tank was full and needed pumping. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon, he drove more than 1 hour to get a truck and pumped the tank so we were able to use water, toilets and showers. Thanks Dan

Willie did a great job ! ...... from the time he rang the bell to the end of the job he was professional and pleasantly very personable ! ..... he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and assured us it would not take very long to remedy , and he was right ...... he also provided us some useful advice for other household items for which we are thankful ..... Willie came out late on a Friday night and left as pleasant as when he arrived , remarkable to find these days ..... thanks Willie !

They responded the same day and cleared the initial problem and found that pipe was being partially obstructed so came out the next day with a camera to assess and correct the problem. After jetting the line everything was completely clear.

James and his helper arrived promptly. He explained what the problem was, and replaced the water turn off valve which not only eliminated the dripping, but it corrected the problem the water heater was having. It took about an hour, and whatever cleanup there was was taken care of in that time also. Professional, courteous, pleasant, and knows his stuff.

James & his helper arrived promptly. Very polite, curteous and knowledgeable. James assessed the problem, explained the "fix", answered my questions, performed the work and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with his work and will call again if I ever need any plumbing done.

great! This job took James and his helper 4 man hours to repair. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and explained exactly what they did. This cost $998.33. I called them back 2 days later, because I noticed that my water heater was wet underneath. This resulted in the replacement of the shut off valve on the pipe they previously repaired, which I was happy about, because the new valve is much easier to operate than the old one. This was an additional $307.36. An expensive few days, but this has resulted in great peace of mind for me, knowing that this is now taken care of. It could've been catastrophic if it had gone on any longer. Oh, and they totally cleaned up the area after they finished .

Russ P. came in around 5 pm. He could not find the drain outside. The drain was covered by debris in a clump of pompas grass. After finding the mess with a flashlight he cleaned out everything and reconnected the capped off condo drain into the main COA drain, I was extremely please with the intregrity, work ethic, communication, and perservearance. I would definitely hire Russ P to complete any job for me. Russ P also installed a hot water heater which he found had water in the pan and could go at any time.

The technician was very good. He assessed the situation, explained the problem and replaced the part that was responsible for the malfunction. I would definately call agin and I would definately request the same tech.

Excellent! Tech arrived, assessed the situation, fixed us up and got our lives back to normal again. Our issue was roots clogging our pipes, he ran the auger through a few times, verified the clog was clear, closed up, cleaned up, and hit the road. He set us up with optional annual inspections & gave us pointers on how to prevent future issues.
