Had windows replaced in 2022, paid off in 2024. Have been trying to contact for over a year. Every number i have tried does not go to the number provided. The windows do not lock. The company does not seen to be in service anymore. The company that supposedly bought the company keeps giving different numbers to call . Anyone knows how to contact the company?

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!! Absolutely incompetent, horrible, unreliable, and unprofessional company. They don't get back to you in a timely manner & we have to keep calling them. They schedule appointments and do not show up. They say they have tried to contact you and have not at all and send you a letter saying they are going to place a lien on your house due to non-payment even though the project still hasnâ t even been completed. Unfinished work & still trying to get them to finish. I regret going with this company. I would never hire this company for anything. Absolutely a nightmare company.

They did not fulfilled the contract and kept my money

This has just about been the worst experience of my life-$13,000 for a new tub the first crew did not level the tub, broke pipes and valves and left their drug paraphernalia in my bathroom-I have small children and pets-and when the second crew came out to fix the first crews mess-we found that they had stuffed food and drink trash in our wall and covered it up with the tub wall!!!! Over a YEAR late we are STILL trying to get things up to par and we were offered a 20% discount for our troubles Stay away from these people!!!!!!!

The team at Paradise was excellent. Also, a big thank you to.Jeff Butler.for making things go smoothly and on time. My new shower.is beautiful.and even feels so much bigger now! Thank you Jeff and Paradise Home Improvements! Paula F.

They have a very good working crew that comes in and does the installation. I was very satisfied with them, everything was fine and they were really easy to work with.

They started by being professional and providing a contract, but now they are saying that they cannot do the job and have walked away from it. I am just asking them to do the job that they wrote on the contract, not any additional

Do not use them. Had this walk in tub for 2 months and has not worked right and leaked from the beginning, caused water damage and mold/mildew. Still does not work right after 3 attempts to repair plus they stated they would replace the carpet that was damaged and then even backed out on that. Had to report to BBB, and probably end up in court.

The salesman and crew that put the windows in were great. If you have a issue with them, that is were you will have issues. You will have to pay for a service call before they will come out. I have paid for that and they have been out twice but still have not repaired the window. This has been over two months.

They need to do a better job.

Salesman was fantastic.. very polite, professional ,and knowledgeable. Found out we vere in education as teacher and coach so we got a great deal. highly recommend this company.

The salesman was knowledgeable and detailed and the installation was very professional and turned out fabulous. They finished all the work in less than two days. Very happy with the entire project

Does not honor a lifetime warranty for gutters and screens. I called several times and never got the gutter problem resolved. I will never use this company again for any home improvements.

Great experience. Very professional

The company was easy to work with. The salesperson was knowledgeably, he explained the product well, there was some negotiation on the price. There was only one delay with the work and the installer let me know ahead of time and then completed the work the next day. The gutter system I had installed functions well (the rain we had the last two days proves that).

The windows cost more than I figured but I didn't know what great quality windows cost until I had some quotes. Excellent windows and an excellent company do buy them from.

Straight piped the downspouts straight into the ground, did not re connect them to the drainage pipe, no screws in downspouts. We were supposed to get new hanges instead got cut pieces of scrap metal. Stole our rain barrel diverter. Contacted them and emailed me back but nothing happened. Their guy admitted he had it but never got it back.
