Originally bought group in May 2011. Couch frame broke by November 2011 and they sent out a guy to look at it. Replaced couch and all cushions of both pieces in December 2011. Cushions are very poor quality and sag quickly and look crappy. Couch frame started cracking again within 9 months of replacement. Contacted customer service, said Ashley was a franchise and I'd have to go to store. Went to store and they said I'd have to contact customer service. Got to resolution dept. at Ashley and they asked for pictures which I immediately sent. Several call later and "the supv has to check" and still no resolution months later. Sent a letter to Ashley's consumer affairs and they sent me back to the store saying it was a franchise and it would be up to the store? Really? Corporate doesn't back up their furniture? What a crock. Will never buy from this store again and if you do, get ready for crappy customer service and poor quality.
Description of Work: Bought couch, love seat, lamps, kitchen table, six chaire, sofa table, end tables, coffee table. Couch frame broke within six months, and cushions sag in both pieces. Quality of all other pieces cheap but ok.
