They did a thorough job and very professional. This was a Friday morning at 8:30 and by 9:30 were on site. I called Dell plumbing Thursday night and just got a return call on Monday so I was pleased with Suburban s prompt service. They wanted my business and proved it.

The plumbers very seriously scratched up the porcelain on the bowl of the toilet they unclogged. Surely there is a way to protect the porcelain from whatever snake (or whatever) the plumbers used to unclog that drain. We were shocked.

Quickly fixed the problem

My well pump broke in January of 2018. They replaced the pump ($2717.50). It broke again the next week, so they replaced the tank and pressure switch ($1850.00 more). It broke again the next week. They came out and rewired it. It broke again a few months later. They came out and rewired it again and explained that there was a bad splice in the wire. It worked for about 6 months before breaking again. I hired another company to fix the pump. The new company discovered that the pump installed was 1/2HP and the well requires 1HP. They also noted that subterranean wire was used in the well rather than submersible wire. They replaced the pump, wire and pressure switch (all for $1000). No response from Suburban Plumbing regarding my complaint that they charged $4500 for a job that never really fixed my well pump. I am really discouraged and disappointed in the work (both diagnostic and installation) by Suburban Plumbing.

I needed to replace our very old water heater before it quit working altogether. I found Suburban Plumbing through Home Advisor. Gary called me within 15 minutes after I submitted the quote request. He and his partner were nearby and got here very quickly. They checked things out and gave me a quote. I had previously spent time checking prices and getting ballpark figures from friends on what the total bill might look like, so I knew I was getting a fair price. Less than 3 hours later, a new hot water heater was installed and working. They were fast, efficient, and friendly, answering all my questions. I doesn't get any better than that, and I will definitely be doing business with the company again.
