A designer, from Infinger Furniture, came to our house to measure and make sure the pieces I had picked out would work in my room. She showed me a few floor plans on how to arrange the furniture. I picked one, and the furniture was ordered. I ordered a sectional couch. When it was delivered, I noticed right away, that it was wrong. The delivery people would not return it to the store. The sectional had been ordered backwards, so the short end was on the wall, and the long end cut the room entirely off, and there was no traffic flow. I called the store, and spoke with the designer. She had me speak to the store manager. The store manager told me "too bad." It was a custom order and nothing could be done. The store manager was very rude and disrespectful to me. I asked if someone could come out to my house to help me with the furniture arrangement so that I could use it. The store manager refused to send anyone out to help me. She went on to tell me that my husband and I were no longer allowed in the store. I asked to speak to the owner, and the store manager told me "he did not take calls like this." I told her I'd call back at a later time and ask for him, and was told by the store manager, I would not be connected to the owner. We were able to sell the furniture, with a significant loss. But at least we were not stuck with something we could not use. Went with another furniture store, and had a wonderful experience. I will NEVER shop at Infinger Furniture again, and will let everyone I know not to shop there either. The customer service and the store manager is the worst I have ever experienced. There is no customer service at this store!

We purchased several pieces of furniture here approximately a year ago. The couch that I purchased was a good purchase but the dinner table on the other hand made by Jofran, which turned out to be well a totally different story. The table finish turned cloudy after putting dinner on the table a few times. We called Infinger and were told that since the manufacturers warranty was no longer available due to the date of purchase we would have to file a claim through "Montage" which is the warranty or replacement company that Infinger uses. So we did file the claim and since filing the claim in Dec of 2013 I still don't have the replacement table. Today I went by and spoke to the sales manager and she said that she would speak to the service manager to see what they could come up with. I received a call from the service manager shortly after and she told told me that my table had just come in and that I would be receiving a call next week so it could be dropped off. I asked her if I could speak to the owner and I was told that the owner was out of town and that they would not want to call me or talk to me either. I then asked to speak to the sales manager and the service manager told me that the sales manager did not want to speak to me either because this was not Infingers problem that it was a problem that I needed to take up with Montage the replacement company. All in all. If you do choose to buy furniture from there I would carefully consider it and I would also be weary of the quality of furniture that they carry. Not to say that all of it is bad because they do carry furniture from some great manufacturers but I must say that their customer service is horrible. So if you buy something from there I hope it does not cause issues for you like it did me.

Description of Work: Went in to see about a sofa. Was totally ignored by staff for the 2o minutes I was in there. So I left. |Have purchased items there before and found the prices to be high. Won't give you the sale discount if you put it on store offered credit.

I liked their customer service. The saleswoman would send us all of the information that we needed for the special item that we were looking for. She was really upfront with the pricing. They gave us a written quote.
