We had temite control from another company, it was time to renew. But decided to change compamy after seeing this company working next door. Couldn't be more pleased. Have never had anyone explan things or do as much as this company. Wonderful people

I had a very good experience with them. The price was very good. They were very nice. The owner and an employee showed up.

Very punctual. Was able to perform a day worth of work on a short notice. The work performed was excellent. Initial work was higher than Terminix, but much more work was performed. Should also be able to recoup the difference over the next 3 to 4 years as yearly recurring fee is a third of Terminix. Bottom line is that I feel very comfortable with this company now and going forward. I feel like they know what they're doing and are personally invested in making it work.

Their service is excellent and we haven't had any problems.

Earl was great to work with, very nice and professional, and very thorough. We bought our house with a termite bond on it, but Terminex bought out the termite bond company, and then refused to honor our previous termite bond. They wanted nearly $1000 for a new termite bond plus almost $200 a year to maintain it. That did not include any other pest control services. I decided to shop it around, and found Earl on Angie's list. He came and did a thorough inspection and estimate. His price significantly undercut the price quoted from Terminex. Plus, he performed extra work like running the AC runoff pipe out farther from the house and lowering the mulch lines on the side of the house. He made helpful suggestions for other things to do to prevent termite damage (getting a patio re-poured so that water pools away from the house and getting gutters). He is very knowledgable and good to work with. He did a fantastic job. We also have a quarterly pest control contract with him now.

They charged me exactly what they quoted me. I requested a specific product be used to help treat the termite problem, which they accommodated. They were polite, on time and professional. The service met my expectations. The gentleman who came to my home went above and beyond by helping me move a large piece of furniture.

Extremely pleased with our experience with City and County. Earl treated our house very thoroughly both inside and in the yard. In addition, Earl removed wasp nests on the outside of our home. We feel his thorough treatment was a great value and we will be using his service quarterly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very professional service that you can trust and count on.

Called Friday afternoon to schedule appt. arrived on schedule Monday afternoon. Thorough job, professionally explained. Offered to return at no cost if further treatment needed between quarterly visits.

Very well - recommended practices to prevent future termite damage. Don't know much about the kind of chemicals he uses though.

I had City and County recommended to me by a friend. I had been having a problem with some sort of caterpillars that would come out at night and invade my patio. So, initially, I called City to just take care of the infestation outside. I then asked him about overall service (termites, pests, etc.) since I was not particularly impressed with the national company that provided those services. After a thorough inspection of the area under the house, Mr. Buchannan thorougly explained his services and what was included and recommending that additional vents be installed more in accordance with current standards. I will l let my contract expire with the national company and use City in the future since their service is less expensive and provides more services than the national company (national company could provide the additional services, but at additional cost). I'm well pleased with City and Country Termite and Pest control (210 Somerset Drive, Goose Creek, SC 29445 843-873-3867) and will certainly recommend them to friends.
