Description of Work: We had a clogged kitchen drain over the weekend (of course) and the earliest appointment date was the following Monday. However, a representative called the very same day and offered to assist. We took him up on his offer and the drain was fixed in no time.

 + -1 moreGreat job! It was a fairly straightforward repair - repair of a toilet seal. Before he began the work, he made sure to explain what was causing the problem and how he'd go about fixing it. He was punctual (actually called and asked if he could come earlier than expected because he was running ahead of schedule), prompt, and professional. Before he left, he made sure that the work was done properly and that I was satisfied. I'll definitely call them again if the need arises.

The install was done super fast and looks outstanding. I will never call another plumber, the level of service was that good.
