We were pleased with the quality of work to replace our gutters.

Job was a little pricey, but knew that up front. Individual that actually did the installation was nice, friendly and did top-quality work. We were told that some of the fascia board would have to be replaced. In the estimate we were told that we would be charged for part of replacement. This was agreed upon verbably but not written down. My husband was with the installer the whole time. Not one board had to be replaced. My husband called the company and spoke with Hunter the following week about whether or not a refund of any kind was due. He said that he would have to get in touch with the man who did the work and they would have to talk with the owner. He had never heard of an installation where some boards did not have to be replaced. We haven't heard a word from him since. Really angered us at the total lack of concern for the customer and their legitimate issues after deal has been made and payment made.

A bit on the pricey side if you want the lifetime warranty. In theory it should turn out to be a good investment assuming the company does not go out of business rendering the warranty useless.

Sales pitch and results didn't match. Liked the salesman & felt he tried to work with us. Scheduling was difficult due our issues & their product supply. Project was completed & we like our new shower but the process was disappointing.

We are very pleased with our results which included removal of old garden tub, old shower, install new plumbing, new over-sized acrylic shower, and new fixtures. A new closet was built in place of old shower. Thank you to Paradise for a job well done!

Salesman said he would contact me upon completion of work never heard from him again after the sale. Installers were late by 3 hours each of the 2 days of work.Price was too high for the quality of work,I don't mind the price if the quality of work is superior.I have several more projects that I need done, but I will not be hiring Paradise.

John was great to work with and trimmed every thing I asked him to and took 2 trees down and removed all the stumps at least 25.

Can not rate work quality yet because they have not started yet. I am satisfied by the demonstrations of the product & installation process & demonstrated warranty of workmanship that I have made the right decision.

The leak still isn't fixed. Called each number get voicemail no returned calls thus far. Even manager or scheduling voice mail. Aqua called wanting to know if satisfaction and is job complete told them no awaiting call back, fixed repairs and $400.00 check as job was less. Also caulking of door which was split frame when taken down.

The company seems to have internal problems. I had trouble having them return any of my phone calls. The project itself was no completed until five months after the contract being signed. Their subcontractor was excellent, but the management themselves did not meet my expectations.

Was sold the job (MASTER BATH REMODEL) in April by the salesman "Q" took us threatening to take the job else where at the end of July to get them to start it. Subcontractor comes in to house and doesn't know a thing about it we had to tell him what we wanted, 3 days after he shows up Dan comes in to tell him what he is supposed to be doing. We were told it would be a 10 day build; 23 days later (one off for no show, one for vehicle prob, one for sick and then one because the water heater at the office was more important to change than him to be here) the job still is NOT COMPLETE here we are Nov 90 days after he left job site 2 visits by President of company Joe and operation Manager Paul and job still is not complete. We have had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Oh yeah the salesman called for some odd reason yesterday 7 months after selling us the job. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM paradise YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY at all. PS THEY GET YOU A LOAN FROM A DEBT COLLECTOR CALLED SERVICE FINANCE YOU WILL REGRET ANYTHING YOU GET INTO WITH THIS COMPANY.... RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT They cut our linoleum bigger then the pan they were installing and don't care about water running to the plywood ceiling joist and sheet rock on main floor, installed 2 different lights in our shower, just put spackeling up on the wall, did NOT sand nor paint wrote all over walls and ceiling and left it, didn't caulk the panel in front of tub. PISS POOR WORKMANSHIP

I have a whole list of negative comments. I have a call in to operations manager and ne NEVER returns my calls.

I like the windows and hope they are as energy efficient as they say, but now that they are installed, In my opinion they were overpriced.

First of all, let me say that Paradise Home Improvement is a Nationally recognized Company whose workers are highly professional. Yet when they come around it is though some of your family is dropping by. My windows have been installed for about five weeks and I have had five separate conversations or visits from different department representatives. Now you might think that could be a bit annoying, possibly even some overkill, or some high-pressure sales technique. But that isn't the case at all. Seems everyone wants to visit their newest satisfied customer and take a look at their window installation job and how it improves the look of the entire home. Yesterday afternoon, one of Paradise's roofing salesman came by, spent about 15 minutes and politely asked to see the completed work. He left without any sales pitch, leaving his business card and asking that I contact him if there is anything Paradise could do to help in any way my home ownership experience. WOW! I just can't say enough about this exceptional group of home improvement experts. PARADISE, YOU ARE THE BEST!

Professional installation. Very happy with service. Derek Funderburk is a thoughtful man and represents the company well.

Windows were well priced and the company provides an exceptional warranty for their work. Great customer service.
