Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting in Florence

I took my truck to Maaco to get a rear passenger fender repaired on my truck and I had the most horrible experience ever. They kept my truck for 3 months didn't repair my fender, damaged my other fender, and covered my truck in dust. I contacted customer service to voice my situation with that specific shop. They told me the cooperate office would be contacting me. When the cooperate office contacted me they apologized for the horrible experience I had a the Florence SC location. I accepted there apology and I requested could I take my truck to another location to get my truck fixed. They said no you have to take it back to the same shop. I responded "The same shop that took 3 months to fix a fender only to end up scratching my other fender then tried to fill in the scratch in with what looks like some kind of crayon substance, covered my truck in dust from other cars they were working on, and still did not fix the original fender they were suppose to be fixing in the first place. Again they apologized for the horrible experience, but told me I had to take my truck back to Florence SC location. So I asked could I get a refund. They said no my only option was to take my truck back to the Florence location. So I kindly decline the offer to take my vehicle back to such a horrible establishment. So not only did I lose $500.00, but I still have to get the original fender fixed and the other fender they scratched fixed. Im the most positive person I know and it pains me to write something like this on a person or company but this is the only justice I can receive in this situation. I just hope this review helps someone from wasting there time and money with this company like I did. Sincerely, Unsatisfied customer.
