My recent experience with them was excellent. They just have excellent service. They are very personable. They always have coffee and magazines and things like that. They are very forthcoming on what they are going to do or what you need to have done and then they always present as an option on the things that they recommend. They don't try to force it on you and they are very professional.

I have been using this Jiffy Lube location for nearly 2 years to service my Wheels fleet vehicle and my personal vehicles. The staff is very friendly. The work is completed quickly. All repairs are discussed before the work begins. This is the only place in Florence I will use for oil changes and any other service they offer.
