Pedro and his guys were very professional, I had a tree fall on my storage , his guys went above and beyond, even helped my partner remove some stuff from the building . Honestly they did not have to do that. They could have only did what I was paying for them for .they even graded down my yard as well. If I have any more tree removals these guys are the ones I am going too!

We had a tree fall on our house after Hurricane Helene. We had another tree service initially work on the removal but it was a difficult, complex job and required heavy equipment. Pedro and his company were working in our neighborhood and we asked him to assess the job. He quoted us a fair price and told us when he would be there to do the work. Pedro was available whenever I reached out to him and answered all our questions. He and his crew professionally managed the removal of the tree from our house without further damage. They ensured the worksite was cleared and cleaned before closing out the job. We were very pleased with the work and would recommend PMC Landscaping & Tree Service to others.

They were very quick to respond and did a great job.

It brings me no joy to write this review. I would have loved that this transaction and the work paid for had gone smoothly and according to our agreement but unfortunately, I cannot say that. I must say rather say that working with PMC Land L&T LLC of Easley SC and especially Pedro Maceda Cruz has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a contractor in recent or for that matter in any memory. My advice is to run not walk away from this business and especially if you are dealing with Pedro he will lie directly to your face and then ghost you. In a nutshell they are basically thieves as they will lie to you and take your money without properly doing the job they were asked to do and then refuse to make it right or even engage in a conversation to determine why things are the way they are. Basically, acting like a immature child and ghosting you. I had engaged Pedro specifically in early June to do work on my yard so as to divert water that would enter my house on occasion during heavy rainstorms (live on a hill). We agreed he would take down one large tree so as to divert the water away from my house. The first issue and what should have been a huge red flag was that he kept saying he would be out to do the job then I would contact him the day before and he would say oh we cant make it out tomorrow or this week. He used the excuse once of â I thought I had hit send on my textâ , the BS meter went off on that one. I was attempting to get this done asap because I was leaving the country for two months which he knew. We finally agreed he would do it while I was gone and I would have the person watching my house pay him. Again he reneged on dates he would make it and until he finally made it out on basically the third attempt (only because I think I was hassling him to do it) while I was gone. Once he got to my house he informed me that he would have to clear â some of the other treesâ (really shrubs) and â some of my grass would be damagedâ I asked if I had any other option and he said no. Rather than some trees and grass he left my yard looking like a nuclear waste land, taking down all of the trees, leaving huge ruts in yard, breaking many pavers and destroying the concrete driveway with the weight of the back hoe. When I returned a month and half later (yes he sent me pics when he finished and I was not fully able to comprehend the impact) I was aghast at what he did. Though he did plant some seed and throw down straw to try and regrow the yard, but news flash unless you lay down soil, red clay will not take the seed. So on my return my yard looked like hell and he had not diverted the water from the house rather it was going to the same place as before. I asked him nicely and then more heated as he said he would come out then no showed again and again, to come out and fix it or at the least explain what he did and walk me through it at the yard. He explained that nobody complained until almost two months after and it was not his fault if a couple of heavy rainstorms washed away what he did, but that was the complete reason I hired him for the job. He then refused to come out and even send me a receipt for the work he did (I asked multiple times) and started ghosting me. In the end I will need to spend at least $2k on another company beyond the $4800 I paid him to get the job done right and fix my yard he destroyed. So not only his PMC and Pedro especially unprofessional in his handling of the situation they will not do the job they were asked to do but take your money aka thieves. Truly one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I would advise any person or company to look elsewhere. Even if like in my case they were referred go with another company. I have since filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau so nobody else has to deal with these people

They did a very good job clearing 10 trees and removing debris. I was very pleased with the work and would hire them again.

The work was done in one day, and the area where the tree had fallen was completely cleaned.

Removed bushes in a timely manner. Planted healthy beautiful trees in place of the bushes. Received pleasant reviews from all the neighbors.

PMc did the work for a reasonable rate. The were very efficient in the way they handled the removal i Of a large oak tree. They worked around some limiting factors in regards to space for removal and did an exceptional job for cleanup and stump removal

This site did not have option for IRRIGATION system as Specific project. Hired PMC to install irrigation system on new home on July 2019. Quoted 10 zone system, and they provided 10 zones with controller. Said they would run pipes 10 - 12 inches deep, but some only 2 inches deep as I found out when I aerated and punctured a line on 9/21/19. There were 5 wires running adjacent to punctured pipe that did not look damaged, however, until I get pipe repaired, we will not know. I could have cut a wire 3 feet over on an adjacent pass with aerator. Did not run heads on proper lot line and when they came back, they hand dug trenches for swing pipes and I caught one of those with aerator as it was only 2- 3 deep. Was cutting down Tall Fescue to 2 prior to aeration and re-seeding per Clemson instructions and knocked off 3 heads. Called on Wednesday 9/18/19 about heads and nobody called back as of 5 PM on 9/21/19. I called them to tell them about cut pipe and lady told me that they were not responsible, but I should call another person. He said it might be a week before they might come out because they were busy and look. I told him I needed irrigation to water new seed as swiftly as possible, but no promise. These people cashed my deposit check and final payment check within 15 minutes of me giving it to them. Now that they got their money, you cannot get any service on areas where they did not install properly. I would have installed pictures, but this site had no option to attach photos.

I was impressed that PMC Landscaping staff came so quickly. I called one evening and they set up my appointment for the next morning. I needed help to repair a sprinkler pop-up head and found I needed a new controller as well. Everything was repaired that day. Excellent service. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

Laid new sod, mulch, moved trees and plants, sealed pavers, and anchored a gazebo. Did great work and did it quickly and efficiently. Would absolutely recommended. I am continuing to use PMC Landscape for maintenance as well

Don't do what they promise. Always cost over run. Want finish the project. Say they will be back to finished the issues. Three weeks later haven't returned.

Amazing job! We had them install a retaining wall and mulch our back hill. Their attention to detail was incredible. Very professional and left no mess behind. Will hire again.

What a Crew! What I thought was going to take 2 or 3 days, it only took 1 day. Each crew member was very courteous and respectful. I had several tasks that needed to be done and they completed them in a professional and expedient manner. I will call on these guys again.

Good job, quick, and professional. I need to call them to remind them that they left a shovel at my job site that they can come retrieve.

I had several yard projects, brush clean up, landscaping, and new plantings. I was able to get them all done in one day therefore saving money and plants are guaranteed. Will use regularly for any yard work.
