Remember, we lived outside of the country and trusted them to manage the rental of our home, including advertising the property, screening potential renters, and keeping up with repairs. They did all of that and more!! While screening renters, they would explain why they thought we needed to pass over a potential renter or go with it. The renter they chose made consistent payments and has taken great care of the home. Judy has kept up on all repairs and Becky keeps our monthly checks coming. They always email me back within a few hours and I feel incredibly comfortable having them represent us in our absence. In fact, when we move back to the US, we are keeping our contract with them!! Every time I would call a place to see if they had any rentals I would get this response "everything we have is on our website". I was getting very nervous because I had been looking for over 3 months and had come up with nothing. Finally I did a search for Property Management Companies, I called 3 places and Judy was the FIRST PERSON that actually took time out to talk to me, asked me what I was looking for, and worked with me. If it wasn't for Judy and Best Choice Property Management I don't know what I would have done.

Judy and Becky are terrific to work with. You don't realize how great a management company is until you are using them. We own the house they manage for us, and we currently rent where we live now.... and I wish they managed this property.... rent checks are on time, they do background checks on prespective renters, they send spot check photos. If something goes wrong in the house they have plumbing/electrical/handy men available who are professional and reasonably priced. They definitely make owning a home in a different state easy.

Judy performs detailed background checks on possible renters. She routinely does physical check-ups of the property and sends photographs. This is for the well being of all parties. Maintenance issues have come up for me to address. Judy always let me know of requests immediately and I have the option of using my own vendor. The family that rents this home take good care of the house. I truly don't believe that I would have found the best people without Judy sorting through the clients. I like having someone I trust in charge of the property. Judy has always answered any message or call within 30 minutes. I have also received my checks and tax forms in a timely manner. I will continue to use this company.

Best Choice took over just after one of the worst tenants ever vacated our single-family rental home in the Greenville area. It was just before Thanksgiving and we couldn't have been happier with their professional work. They managed the incredibly extensive rent-ready work at no additional charge, found a reliable tenant, raised the rent $150, and we only lost one month of rent in the process. Becky and Judy are top notch former real estate agents. Their fees are lower than any in the area, but their service is outstanding! They know what they are doing, saved us money wherever possible, and are great communicators. We are out-of-state owners and highly recommend them.
