I can't say enough complimentary about Bryan South.  I have used many plumbers in Florence, and he is the best i have seen.  He is well trained, professional and his prices are fair and consistent.

Did a wonderful job!!! Installed all the plumbing and design for our master bath which included a large shower with body sprays, and rain shower head. Incredibly knowledgeable regarding his profession.

I recommend him. I live in a 1952 house so it's not very good training so he was able to handle the really old ceramic wall, he did a neat job, I was impressed with his attention to detail. I think that bill by the time it ended was a little over a thousand dollars and he sometimes has coupons for percentage off and I was able to use that and save about $50. I like his personality and his skill, he's very easy to talk to and I learned a lot about plumbing. He came out almost immediately, he does answer his cellphone promptly, that's always nice and he had to do part of the repair and wait for the ground and the area around that leak to dry out so it was 2 weeks before he came back but he told me. What I liked is that he told me every time he was going to leave the house and to go run and get a part, he just kept you informed and I like him very much.

He is top-notch. He gives you a time, and he will be there. He comes and takes care of the problem. He is very professional and very reasonably priced. He is really good. I never have any problems anymore since he fixed the leak in my shower faucet.

His prices can not be beat and his work is far superior then anyone's work i have ever seen. I will only use Brian for any plumbing problems I have. I have referred him to several people and they can't stop raving about his work. Brian even called the city and dealt with a problem on their end. I can't tell you enough how wonderful his work is. I have used him several times since the big redo for smaller jobs and we also use him at our business. Very prompt always and prices are beyond fair!

The whole thing went well. He called and confirmed a good time to come by. I will use Mr. South plumbing service for my next plumbing issue.

Mr. Smith explained that the faucet would eventually have to be replaced and he explained  it would be a rather extensive endeavor.  He gave suggestions regarding what would need to be done (re: removing wall to access the faucet and his suggestions for doing so).  He explained that much would depend upon placement of studs in the wall, etc.  We were thoroughly pleased by the work he performed.

I called Mr. South in the afternoon to come look at the leak and within two hours not only had he been out to look at it, but it was repaired.  I found Mr. South fair and honest and an overall nice gentleman.  While I hope not to need plumbing in the future, I will absolutely use this company whenever necessary.  Thanks, sir!

I may not have hired him today, but based on our conversation and his honesty (he didn't try to "sell" unnecessary services) you can be sure the next time I need a plumber I will call All About Plumbing.

I used them because I have used them before. They are very good plumbers. They respond promptly and are affordable. They take pride in their work.

The price was a little high but I guess you have to pay a little more to get a good service.  If something goes wrong he comes back and makes sure he fixes it.

They were very punctual, dug up some parts of my yard and they cleaned up really fast. I didn't have to worry about anything. They installed a drainage system in my yard, and made it so I could plant anything I wanted. I was very happy with the finished product and my yard looks great

I appreciated the fact that Brayn has great knowledge with his profession; he not only fixed our issue but updated the part/materials so that the problem would not keep reoccuring.  We are new to the SC area and are very fortunate to have come accross such a competent plumber.  We will most defintely be using Bryan for any future needs!

I gave my dog a bath in an upstairs bathroom, and when I went downstairs afterward, found that I had a leak that was coming through the ceiling in my kitchen.  I found All About Plumbing on Angie's list, and because of the good ratings, I called them.  Mr. South was able to diagnose the problem over the phone based on what I told him about the type of hose sprayer I had been using that was attached to the shower arm.  It was one of those kitchen sink sprayers, and Mr. South knew immediately that it was the cause of the problem.  He came the next day and fixed the problem quickly.  He explained to me that the type of sprayer I was using did not allow for enough water pressure, and that when pressure builds up in the pipes, it weakens any weak spots that are already there.  He installed a new shower diverter and hose, and instructed me on what type of sprayer I needed to get.  He explained everything very thoroughly, and even educated me on some plumbing issues that I haven't had a problem with yet.  He was very informative, and I could tell he cares about the quality of his work and his customers.  He even gave me the names of two people when I asked if he knew who could fix my ceiling damage.  I was very impressed with Mr. South's service and professionalism.

He came right away when I called him. He works right along  and explains everything. He cleans everything up after and really does great work. We discussed price first, then he did the work and he explains everything while he goes along. You can talk to him while he is working and he will answer your questions. He is comfortable to have in your home .

He was on time and friendly.  Good person to work with.
