 + -1 moreThe men who performed the work were very professional and hard working. Joey, who was my main contact, was pleasant, helpful and explained things fully, including exactly what work would be performed and why it was needed. Additionally, he and a friend, on their own time, did me a favor in that I had asked if they knew anyone who I could hire to haul away a large, worn out sectional from my house. He and his friend did it for me and would accept no pay for doing so. He was such a nice and kind young man. I'd give him a big A++, both for the work through Terminix and for being kind enough to do me a huge favor in removing the heavy sectional for me as I had no way to do it on my own.
Description of Work: Drained standing water from crawl space, installed sump pump and drain field, did work that should have been done when home was initially built. Plus plugged open spaces around pipes, etc. where rodents might be able to get in, did pest control services inside house as well. The work in the crawl space was urgent due to all the recent rain and the standing water in the crawl space that had to be pumped out. In addition to this we have a contract for eliminating/inspecting re termites, which is separate from work done on crawl space.
