Excellent service - I was away and they stopped by each day to make sure A/C was working and added coolant until duct was installed.

Conway Air showed up on time and the guys were very professional. They got the job done in a timely manner. I was very pleased. Conway Air done everything that they said they were going to do. They are my air conditioning service providers from now on!

the tech came on a Saturday morning, charged extra for the weekend visit (which was agreed to & ok) preformed a partial inspection of the heat pump & air handler. informed my wife that the heat pump coil was leaking. He basically refused to charge the unit by stating "he'd have to charge extra for the Freon and charging service because it was the weekend and then went to his vehicle and left. He left the unit not working and informed my wife that the quote would be emailed Tuesday. I returned home after being out of town, checked the unit myself. found a very small leak where the high pressure line is attached to the air handler (poorly done when unit was installed new). I charged the unit and had it working correctly in under a hour ! I then spent the next two hours removing the shell from the heat pump, removing damp soil and leaves in & around the coil, reinstalling the shell) the damp soil at the base of the coil on the heat pump alone will give a false reading of a leaking coil and the tech should & probably knew this! the quote was emailed as promised, for $1200 to install a coil she didn't need ! ! ! if I hadn't been familiar with & had the equipment to check & charge the heat pump this company would have taken advantage of a woman alone. this service visit was preformed with the intent of selling goods and service that wasn't required.

The repairman was early and courteous. He even called first to say he was on his way. I liked that. He installed the switch and showed me what it will do when its tripped.

I will use this company again.  

Company was professional from start to finish, from the salesman to the work men. Their explanation of what they did & what I needed to do was complete. I could not be happier!

Dylan was a nice young man and very professional.  He arrived and immediately analyzed the problem.  Replaced a capacitor and had the unit running in 10 minutes or less.  Great job!

Simply could not ask for a better experience. Prompt, professional, and pleasant. I am a customer for life.

Good feedback on what was going on with my system. Prices quoted were expensive, but understand that if you want a quality job, you sometimes have to pay for it. They have the reputation and experience to do good work.
Will definitely use them again for AC needs.

Everyone from Conway Air Conditioning was impressive.  We needed to replace three Heat Pumps.  Alan's proposals were labeled "best", "better", "good", and "budget".  He clearly went through each proposal.  My wife and I were so impressed that we did not even contact other HVAC contractors for their bids.  The installers made sure that everything was done right.  I have both supervised construction projects and later, as a realtor, sold new homes.  I have never before seen the attention to detail that our installers demonstrated.  They took their time and did it right.  Joey, David, and the three young installers working with them were polite, professional, and thoroughly impressive.  We spent considerably more than intended, but are very pleased with our new HVAC systems and with the people at Conway Air Conditioning.

We just moved 2 days ago and my Ac went. The warranty company was a night mare. I called at 10:30 and he was here by 12:30. So professional, prompt, and courteous. I tried to tip and he wouldn't hear of it. He was a doll. I hope  everyone is a nice as this gentleman. Def firing my warranty Co.

They came out promptly to determine the parts needed.  As it is an old system, the parts are not kept in stock and had to be ordered but they were in within just a few days.  They returned promptly the day the parts came in and had me back in working order within a couple hours.  No problems since.

On-time and professional.   Price was very reasonable.
