We specialize in the removal of wildlife including: Rats/mice Squirrels Flying Squirrels Raccoons Opossum Birds Bats Snakes WE DO NOT HANDLE DOMESTICATED ANIMALS SUCH AS DOGS, CATS, ETC. Emergency extractions are on a case by case basis where the wildlife is actively in the house and come with an inspection to create a plan to exclude the wildlife from the residence. Emergency extraction prices are for the extraction and/or 1 hour search. If the wildlife is no longer in the residence or not found, the bill is still due. All other cases that are not considered and emergency will be set up with an appointment for an inspection. Service call/inspection fees vary depending on the area the residence is located in. The inspection fee is due at the time of arrival. Inspections are conducted Monday-Friday with an arrival time between 9-10am and 10-11 am, no exceptions. The resident has to be home for the inspection as the attic will need to be inspected. We offer a lifetime warranty.

Nathan Griner is the owner, who talks a good game about how they check every every possible entry point and give a lifetime guarantee. However, they failed to address a main entry point (that after checking, is a typical entry point to homes) and when I got a rodent again within a few weeks of their work, they refused to honor their warranty. He said I would need to pay another inspection fee ($189) and then whatever costs would be entailed after that. I said I had paid them $4000 already and they had not addressed the place I told them where rodents appeared in my house. He then became verbally (via email) abusive. I have since checked on the price of the materials they used and see that was I overcharged tremendously for this job; I thought I was paying for a thorough job and a lifetime guarantee. I got neither. Multiple reviews on Yelp show that Griner's attack behavior when questioned is typical.

Thomas is great! Two other companies came out and could not find how the squirrel was getting inside. Thomas found their entry in ten minutes. I definitely would recommend.
