They were prompt and very friendly. Ron B., Jessie T. John S., and Matt E. were all very patient with me and my husband. They were able to answer all of our questions. They cleaned up and told us how to properly clean the shower. We recommend them to everyone.

Branden P. And Ray A. were very nice and they took all precautions that were necessary due to COVID. They also did their best to keep the floors clean while they were installing the shower. I was expecting lots of dust but had minimal dust as they worked. I would consider using them again for another project.

Everyone from sales to the finish install was very professional and answered all my questions. I was recommended to company from a family meme we who was very pleased with their work. It was a great experience . My installer were Willie/Kordale they did an excellent job. My order did have a small mix But the company compensated me for the mix up. I am very pleased with the outcome. ** and they were very clean!!

Phillip Elliott and Derrick Elliott came to the house about 8:00 a.m. They introduced themselves and Phillip and I went over the order for the new walk-in shower to make sure they had everything and it was correct. They began to work right away, covered my floors coming in and began to remove the old tub. They were very professional and it went very well. My new shower with grab bars, seat and glass doors looks beautiful. We are very pleased. They were finished by about 400. We were so impressed with both of the men. They were courteous and professional and we would highly recommend them. West Shore had a variety of designs and tile looks to choose from and we are very happy with ours.

Technicians Brian and Christian did a bathroom tub/shower install at my home today. Both young men were professional, courteous and respectful. They explained what they were doing and updated me on their progress throughout the day. Per my request, they wore masks all day while in my home and cleaned the jobsite before they left. I am quite satisfied with the end result of the job and their exemplary work ethic. Thanks.

We were super excited to have them move up our dates of installation. So when Ron and Jr. showed up it was a great experience! They worked all day for 12 solid hours and after a lot of construction they turned my tub into a beautiful shower! The professionalism they both showed speaks volumes for West Shore Home. Our overall experiece was Fantastic. From our sale representative, Heather, to our installers, Branden Pheasant and Roy Alston. I cannot say enough good things about our instalers. Brandon and Roy. They treated our home like it was their home. They were respectful, cleaned up as they went, were professional, but most of inportantly they were kind. We are more that pleased with our shower and if the decision were to be made again we would choose West Shore. Thanks!!!
