Did great job.

On 8/27/18, I had my roof replaced by Seawright Solutions and although they did a decent job, I probably should have followed my first instinct and went with another company. There are many roofing companies in Columbia, many who would do a great job at a fair price AND ensure that their customers receive the professionalism and respect they deserve. Unfortunately, in my case, Seawright Solutions was not that company. Whether spending one dollar or thousands on a project, if you are the kind of person that expects good customer service, professional business practices, and respect as a buyer, you may want to consider working with another company. A company is only as good as it's owner and I must say that the owner of Seawright Solutions has shown very little concern, care, or respect for those that support his business, his customers! I have never written a bad review yet I truly felt that I had to share my experience for the benefit of others. Although, at this point, I have no problems with the roof work that was done, when I spoke to the owner, Mr. Wright Brennan, I was left feeling quite disturbed. His unprofessional business practices, which includes altered proposals, an unclear cancellation policy, deficient customer communication, and inadequate work site supervision, clean-up, and job completion procedures, along with his lack of concern for my expressed dissatisfaction with the way that I was treated as his customer, in my opinion, should cause one to think very seriously before working with this company. The same effort, kindness, and concern that his representative put in to gain my business was non-existent when the job was done. Again, this was my unfortunate experience. I pray that if you hire this company, yours would be much different!

So very happy with my new roof.Chis the sale rep.was so knowledgeable answering all my concern and the works and clean up was great.If I could I would give them 10 stars.They always returned my calls with in a few minutes.I can't say enough how happy I am with their service.I highly recommend this company.

Professional from beginning to end. These guys were prompt and honest. We felt comfortable with all of the staff, they were extremely respectful. Questions were answered knowledgably and work was perform quickly and properly. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. These guys know what they are doing and take pride in their work!

Professional in every phase of the project. Communication was excellent. Left our yard clean and Frank followed up the very next day to ensure the quality of the work was to ours and his satisfaction. Did exactly what they said they would do with a good attitude! Frank came out and did a COMPLETE roof inspection. He even went into the attic. He found the problem and repaired it. Frank was soooo friendly and professional. He really knows his profession. The cost was far less than I expected to pay. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

We decided to get a new roof instead of a repair. Seawright called and set up appointment same day. Gave a detailed quote answered all our questions. Got other quotes, but Seawright was the only one who went ON THE ROOF. Signed the contract they started two days later finished in one day, they fixed a few extra problems for us with no hesitation. They came by while they were working on the roof to make sure we were ok with the progress. They're friendly and professional.
