I wanted to keep my pets in a place that was clean and bright. They have a very nice facility that they use for boarding. I checked it out and it was safe and clean. The kitty cats had a place to look out. I have had them in places where they just stuck them in a box and I did not want to do that. I did not have any issues with the boarding. They did a good job and were very nice. I was just moving in and they were very helpful.
The vet was very nice and knowledgeable. She took the time to talk with us and answer any questions that we had. The price was comparable to what we were paying in a town we had lived in previously. It was not any cheaper, unfortunately, but it was not any higher. The facility is extremely clean. It is very nice and stylish. I boarded my cats overnight back in May when I first moved here. This was the second time that I have used them.
Dr. Thomas and his staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. ( including to a not so happy cat...actually a nasty cat).
The facility is new, but after 6 months, still no odors or signs of wear. A large and bright waiting room.
They have a separate cat examining room, a large surgery, xray, lab on site for common testing.
I really like the way Dr. Thomas explained the options for one of the animal's issues, including pricing before anything is done. He also outlines the possible outcomes and side-effects.
The facility also does animal boarding and grooming.
I would highly recommend this facility.
