Garage door system works well but doors still sound like they are going to rip out of the frame. One side tries to open before the other.

Technician was very professional and did an excellent job on replacing my rollers. In addition to the tune-up, I was informed that the extension springs and pulley wheels need to be replaced. I was quoted a price well over $300.00. I can purchase the two springs needed at Lowes for under $25.00 each and the two pulley wheels are $5.98 each and can be easily installed. I just could not bring myself to pay the amount Precision Door wanted.

Wonderful experience. The repairman, Aaron, checked it out thoroughly, showed me where several parts were actually broken and others were wearing. Door is nine years old. He fixed everything in about an hour. The door hummed quietly open and closed, and there was a brand new piece of weather-stripping along the bottom. Everything went so smoothly. Aaron arrived on time, clearly explained my options, and went about the repairs quickly and efficiently. And all with a pleasant personality that made it easy to work with him. Thank you, Aaron!

Trial & error on fixing the problem. The last thing they tried fixed the problem which would have been the least expensive but, than I had to pay for all of the other parts they replaced and didn't correct the original problem.
