Was offered a wide selection of door designs and colors. The new doors do not use springs but instead uses cables to open and close. The doors are so quiet you have to look to make sure they are moving. Installation was accomplished by one person in eight hours. The work was done professionally with cleanup and removal of the old doors and hardware. Very satisfied.

Extremely high price for only one garage door opener for the car(s), no outside keypad and only an app for a phone which frequently does not work. In addition, there was no adjustment or true-up of the mechanical system including the pulley system and springs which needed replacing.

One of our garage doors kept sticking and it would take several tries to get it to close. I found this company through Angie's List. They were very highly rated so I got an Angie's list deal (for a garage tune-up with roller replacement). The technician came out the same day we called. He inspected everything including the keypad and replaced the rollers. The appointment took less than an hour. The other thing I liked was that the tech was not trying to get me to add on services or charge more. He was very honest and told me what was in good condition and some simple steps for us to keep the doors opening and closing smoothly. I will definitely call again for our next maintenance.

Excellent, service tech explained everything in detail, specifics of the doors and options. Selection and ordering was easy and final install was completed and functioning as agreed. After a week or two an adjustment to the downward travel was required. Placed call, got quick response, tech was out quickly and made the required adjustment. Excellent service response.
