They did a fine job. They came when they were supposed and I was so thankful that they did. If I need them again I will call them. They didn't try to sell me a new door, he showed me what he could do to fix my door and he was professional about the whole thing.

I wish all companies were like this. The lady who took my call was efficient and professional. She quoted me prices over the phone. She scheduled my appointment and gave me a two hour window (2 p.m. to 4 p.m.). The technician, Richard, showed up at 2:00, did a fairly soft sell of their garage door renovation package ($399-very reasonable, I've had $900 quotes for the same thing), when I said I wasn't interested right then, he set right to work. He finished the job quickly and was courteous and professional. He gave me a few other items to consider regarding our door maintenance and wrote up my invoice-for the price quoted. I even used the coupon and saved $65.00. They've got my garage door business for life.

"We always want to leave our customers with a good impression of our company. When we first saw this report, we tried several times to contact the customer. We left messages but to date have not received any response. In reviewing the paperwork from this appointment and in talking to the technician that met with the customer, we found that the doors were not in very good shape. These were older wood / Masonite doors that aren't manufactured or installed anymore. At a minimum, worn parts needed to be replaced to improve the operation of the doors. It was our technician's recommendation that the doors should be replaced. The customer asked that we do the tune-ups anyway. A tune-up is done to optimize the performance of the door as it is. We tighten, lube and adjust the door to make it operate the best that it can in the condition that it is in. In this case, we did what we could do with the doors. The best option for this customer is still to replace the doors. The addition error should not have happened and was addressed. Regular tune-ups are always a good idea for keeping your doors running smoothly."
