Fixed it within about 10 minutes and greased moving parts. It was done so fast that I wondered how it could be done so quickly.

The day before we were to show our house to the realtor, the garage door opener failed. I suggested to my brother that he and i could replace it in a couple of hours. My family quickly reminded me that my 2 hour estimations ofter turn into 2 day fiascos. We called Lowes and they informed us that you cannot pay for a garage door opener and the installation service together. You must buy the opener, then call the installation service number on the receipt to schedule when one of the subcontractors couls come out and have a look. Then i remember Angies List and looked up garagedoor installers and Precision Garage Door Services was at the top of the list. Not only with their "A" rating but with the high number of positive reviews. We called and they arrived within 45 minutes and offered us multiple options. We made our selection and the technician had it installed in under an hour. He went over all the pertinent information with us and made sure we were comfortable with the new product. We are clearly impressed with their commitment to the customer and their skill. We would clearly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service.

Tech was extremely knowledgeable, polite and willing to answer any related questions re service. Called in advance of arrival and was punctual. Explained new keypad instructions along with what was involved with the door servicing. Visitors have often commented upon how quiet the doors raise and lower. We have used this company before and will certainly use them again.

Wonderful company who did great work in replacing our 2 garage doors and openers. We had issues setting up the wifi initially, and they worked with us and Liftmaster until the problem was resolved. You can trust that they will take care of any issues and ensure you are satisfied with their work. Mark, the manager, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend using them for your garage door needs.

See above. I was not pleased that all I really got was a security pad and not much if a tune up. Should have purchased the $39 package. Or better yet should have asked them to come give me an estimate if worked needed. Most companies provide estimates for free. Plus the estimate was to be emailed to me and it has not been done yet.
