going under the house for a site inspection.  Ultimately, I had Imagine Brick come out and replace a total of 9 bricks and re-point the affected mortar.  Total cost of $450, a far cry from the $4,700 quoted by Mt. Valley. 

I spent around $3000 on that work.  It was a positive experience.  They were very professional and thorough.  They explained why they were recommending certain things and the work crew was very good and professional.  They did things quickly and well.  I did not have to worry about it.  I keep getting their proof of insurability.

I wrote them a note about how good an experience it was. The representative in my area was great to work with as was the crew chief. It took them 3 days to complete the job. The crew was very professional despite the fact that it was 105 degrees outside! They put piers, which are like jacks, under the bridge for support and they filled in with concrete, large rocks and riprap. They have lifetime warranty on their work.

Everyone was very nice and punctual.  The process took about 3 hours and they were very neat.  They even pointed up a few mortar joints with the left over mortar--at no charge!  It went so quick and easy I was wondering why it was so expensive?  But after getting some quotes, it seemed like the going rate.  It has been about 6 months now and everything is still looking good.

They did a fair job and I thought their price was a bit high. They did have take a part of the deck off to get to the foundation and when they put it back they did not put it back very well.

He was very knowledgeable. He was very professional. He was a really nice guy, and the price was fine. It's possible I'd use him.

Had 5 different companys quote,Mount Valleys price was very competitive and estimator Dan was very knowledge and trustworty. He gave me a couple of different options and worked with me to achieve the best repair at the best price. The work crew were also excellent,leader introduced himself and immeadely went to work,they did a great job explaining what they were doing throughout repair. I would highly recommend these guys to any one with a broke foundation.

They do good work for the price. They clean up after themselves which is a must because it is a messy job. It is very labor some and hot because they have to dig down. They are really good and really professional. It can be an expensive project so I'm hoping this is the last time we have to use them. There is a lifetime warranty. If there is a crack anywhere they have put in a tier, they will repair it even a non transferable fee to the next buyer.

The job went well and we are pleased with the result.

The estimate was extremely reasonable. We couldn't have the job done for a few months, but they still honored the initial quote. We thought they would have to remove a shrub by the house that other companies said they would have had to remove, but they did not remove it. They did a great job!

Edwin was very knowledgeable and gave us a fair quote. We'd have liked to gotten on his repair schedule sooner than 4 weeks before he had an opening, but completely understand now why it took so long; Mount Valley is a great company to work with! The repair work significantly improved the stability of the foundation, and the very scary settling sounds (from the stress-relief in the attic's rafters) have ceased. The cosmetics of the masonry are visibly also improved, however the foreman did not advise additional lifting of the foundation, (necessary to completely close remaining gaps in the masonry) for concern that damage in other areas could occur. This opinion was reasonable, although the masonry cracks did not completely close. There are still visible mortar gaps; before dismissing the crew, my husband advised the crew not to address mortar because they brought grey mortar, not sand-color needed. I've since asked Mount Valley what they can do for us, and am awaiting their response.

I had gotten estimates from 3 other companies. All 3 said we needed piers but they had different plans for placement. Prices were all around $1100 per pier. Carolina Foundation Solutions said we needed 8 but never gave me a proposal after many requests. Another said 7 but only one end of the house. The third company didn't do the work we needed done. Edwin Moore fit me into his busy schedule and confirmed that we had a big problem. His plan to put piers around the house was the most logical. He said we needed 10 piers and would do them for $8800 ($880 per pier). They were the only company that didn't have extra charges if they had to dig deeper than a certain number of feet. The price included filling in the mortar between bricks & repairing cement. They were busy but since our foundation was still cracking they fit us in. The crew was extremely professional. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. HIRE THEM! They were great AND the least expensive.

We had cracked bricks. Inspector said the corner of our 3 car garage was sinking. Mt. Valley came and inspected/quoted. They were 40% less than the only other quote we could get. They arrived- well groomed, English-speaking Hispanics- and worked HARD. They dug straight down 4 feet past our footers, installed metal pipes and fittings, then hydraulically lifted the corner of the house up the 6-10 inches it had sunk. The cracks magically came back together. It was a mess while they were here, but I give them credit, they really took their time to clean up. Their work has a lifetime guarantee and it saved our garage!

Edwin Moore came out and gave me a free estimate. He was on time and willing to discuss options. The repair crew showed-up on time, they were very professional and worked quickly. They left the surrounding vegetation in great shape. Mount Valley was able to put 3 piers in for approximately the same price other companies wanted for just 2 piers.

THE COMPANY HAS AT LEAST TWO TECHNOLOGIES AVAILABLE TO IT FOR FOUNDATION REPAIRS, AND IS ABLE TO OFFER THE LEAST COST METHOD WHICH IS APPROPRIATE FOR A GIVEN PROBLEM.
