Dr. Flynn was very professional and explained everything he was doing along the way. He is soft spoken and VERY patient, taking the time to give my eye a thorough exam and getting the prescription correct. He explained how and why my eye have become dry over time and prescribed a treatment that has been working great. After a week of trial contact lenses he fine tuned my prescription. I decided to get a pair of glasses as well and the other staff (Dawn, Sara, Alissa, and Rain) were SO HELPFUL in picking the right frame and lenses for my needs. My vision insurance required that my glasses be made at the insurance's in-house lab and the final product was very disappointing, as was the replacement they sent. But Sara came to the rescue, going out of her way to have my insurance company cover the cost to make my glasses at another optical lab that's preferred by her. The results were stunning and the staff made a few fitting adjustments and ensured that I was 100% happy with it. In the 25+ years that I have been wearing glasses & contacts, I have never had an optometrist team go so far above and beyond to ensure my eye care needs were met. They don't have a very large frame selection but you're sure to find something of quality you'll like. Don't let the outside of the building fool you; the inside houses a team of dedicated staff who will look out for YOUR eye care needs. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a great optometry team.
