FLOWERS FOREVER & ETC

NOT WELL!!!!!
I was so excited when I received the call that my flowers were ready for pick up!  Then I got there to pick them up.  When she brought them out I immediately saw that they were NO WHERE near as beautiful as they were when I dropped them off.  I expressed my disappointment & the assistant went to get the owner for me to speak with. 
SHE WAS HORRIBLE! 
She could have cared less!  I expressed my disappointment not only in the color that they were, because they looked like dead old flowers. Not colorful like she had said they would be, but also in the way the peddles had opened.  They were supposed to have remained closed as they were when I dropped them off.  One peddle was actually broken off of the bulb in the dome.  She had also arranged the flowers differently than they were.  She had put a ton of greenery in there, non of which was in there when I dropped them off.  At this point, she went to get the picture they had taken, because I had mine, to compare.  It didn't even look like the same bouquet.  Once she looked at the pictures all she would say is, "well I think they are beautiful"  She then took them off of the table and put them in her display window and told me again, "I think they are beautiful.  You can have your money back. They will make a great piece in my store." 
WOW! 
I was completely blow away by her unprofessionalism.  I never said they were not beautiful!  My disappointed was from the fact that they no longer looked like the wedding bouquet I had brought to her.  Not once had I asked about receiving ANY money back OR not taking my flowers home with me.  I just wanted to respectfully communicate with her my concerns that they were not what SHE had said they would be NOR did they look anything like the bouquet she & I both had pictures of! Again, she didn't care!  The only option she gave me was to take my flowers, satisfied or not, or she would give me a full refund and keep the wedding flowers.  Well, considering she has the complete upper hand by not only already having ALL $300 of my money but she also had the upper hand in the fact that these were wedding flowers that were non replaceable.  The fact that she messed  them up mattered NON to her. 
I proceeded to leave with my flowers with her saying, "I really wish you wouldn't take them if you are not going to appreciate them." Which I responded with, "It doesn't matter what you want."  She stopped me at that point saying that I needed to sign them out and she was going to write my name down to make sure that she NEVER did anything for me again.  I told her, "That is fine, but please know your poor product is not the reason I won't be coming back or recommending you, it is your complete lack for customer service." I proceeded to tell her that I was going to place a review of her and she smugly said, "you go right ahead honey."
So there you have it!
