Crescent Construction

I had a good experience with them. I am not sure about the pricing because I didn’t get a whole lot of other quotes. It has only been a few months, so time will tell.

They did a great job. Came on time, were courteous and professional. The clean up was great, you would not have known they were here a few hours earlier.
They do have to come back and replace some siding and a few minor things.
I would highly recommend them.

Nearly perfect, from beginning to end. Bobby visited with us and spent a lot of time going over options, and presented all aspects of the requirements and operation. We knew what was going to be done in great detail. A week before the work began, we were called and warned of the start date and time. They arrived early in the morning with a huge crew---there were 14 people working on this roof at the same time. They removed all of the old roof, replaced waterproof paper, put on the new shingles, and added drip edge all in one day, an amazing performance as this is a large roof. They took very good care to not damage shrubbery and screens, and removed all trash and nails. Very professional, very good job.

They did a great job. Tim is an excellent project manager. They told us we were on the waiting list so it would take a while to get to us. When the project was scheduled, he gave us a weeks notice and they were prompt to the schedule. They did a great job cleaning up after the job was done as well.

They haven't done anything yet. We have scheduled an appointment for them to come out and do the roof but they're not scheduled to come out for another two weeks. They had good reviews on Angie's List. They were very professional and timely in everything that they had provided for me.

We signed a contract to have roofing, siding, and windows replaced due to the recent hail storm. We initially called Crescent Construction because of a recommendation received from a neighbor. Once I contacted them they came out almost immediately and worked with my insurance company. Prior to signing the contract, Crescent called several times a week in order to finalize the deal (I have no issue with this practice). They were willing to work with us on our deductible and their initial promise was that they could take care of the entire deductible. Ultimately they waved $250 (our deductible is $1000) based on exact details and final numbers. This was a little disappointing, but not much of an issue because we did not sign a contract. They also upgraded our shingle to an architectural shingle. Bottom line...a new roof, $250 out of pocket, upgraded shingle. Not a bad deal.
Our issue...
Crescent Construction asked us to refer them to our neighbors and friends. In return for two signed referrals they would waive the final $250.00 owed. In theory, this was an awesome deal. We would pay nothing on our deductible, upgrade our roof and screens, and replace our damaged siding. The problem, the company did not return the phone calls of the people we referred. The people we referred called three times and received no phone calls from the company. We removed the company sign from our yard and notified the company. The company response, and quot;We make sure to call back every person that calls our office. Not sure who you're talking about. Do you have names?and quot; I was uncomfortable providing the names to the company, because my neighbors had already signed with another roofing. Honestly, it makes me regret signing with Crescent Construction. To clarify, they have not completed the work yet and could very well do a great job. But, if a company wants referrals and they request referrals, please call those people. Not a good business practice.
In fairness, Crescent Construction has promptly responded via email each time I have had questions regarding my roof. They have not responded regarding my screen porch.

Everything went better than expected based on previous experiences we have had with contractors and construction crews. We now have beautiful architectural singles, proper venting that we did not have before, and flashing around the chimney of the fireplace. All rotted wood was replaced primed and painted. Timothy was at our beck and call whenever we needed him and made sure things were done correctly and as specified in our contract.
I GIVE MY HIGHEST RECCOMENDATION TO USE CRESENT CONSTRUCTION FOR ROOFING AND ALL OTHER CONSTRUCTION NEEDS. -- AND MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR TIMOTHY GRAVES!!!! We are now great friends and he will be doing some renovations in one of bathrooms, soon.

Crescent Construction, Kevin Varnadore VP was my contact. He was able to match the shingles and the work is amazing. You can't even tell the damaged area from the unaffected areas. His crew was thorough, quick and CLEANED up after themselves. When rain interrupted the work, instead of leaving, the crew STAYED and finished the job when the weather cleared.

I called Crescent because I saw their crews working in my neighborhood replacing several roofs. My roof is only 5 years old but started leaking with recent heavy rains/storms. I called Brian Lewis after I got his name from a neighbor. After a couple of trys, he got a steep roof expert up on my roof to inspect for storm damage. He found the roof in good condition except for a few raised nails. While he was up on the roof, he went ahead and nailed as needed and sealed the effected tabs. They did this as a courtesy and did not charge me anything. I will certainly call them if I need any and quot;realand quot; work done and will recommend them to others.

They were punctual, professional, with outstanding workmanship. The price was very reasonable after several quotes and they worked with our insurance company too. We have a large home and it was done in one day. Would use them again and recommend them to others.

One of the owners came out to give an estimate. After we gave the go-ahead, he brought out a crew of about six to seven people. As three men were tearing off the old roofing, while three others were installing the new felt and shingles where the old roofing had been removed. It was like one group was peeling off the old roof while the other was rolling out the new roof. One person was on the ground picking up debis and packing it into a trailer. The owner came by two or three times to check on the job. We were there doing other work inside this rental house. They finished in about four hours or so.
