Their service was real good.

I don't like to think or describe it, maybe it is some mold or something that gets up in front of the air handler. If you turn the heat off a little bit it rests a little and it turns back on, it smells like nasty gym socks in your house. It is horrible. This has happened to me like three times. The first time it happened we called them and tried to explain it to them saying that when we turn it on my house smells like nasty gym socks. Immediately she said that it is dirty sock syndrome. We realized that she has a name for it too. They send a can to treat it with. They are very proactive and they call ahead of time when it is time for them to service the unit. They come out twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. They are very punctual and they are very neat. They put their little booties on their feet. They are concerned and careful that they don't track in your house. They are very thorough and very conscientious. We will continue to use them in the future.

I have a yearly subscription with them so it doesn't cost me anything when they come out. I have known about them for years and they meet my standards. I don't take bids on this type of thing, I hire based on competence.

I will use them again in the future.

Service representatives were prompt, courteous and neat. They made sure the house was cleaned of any debris from the job both inside and out. They were attentive to details and made sure that we were informed of all functions before they left. VERY professional!

They did service for our equipment, but we had to have our old AC replaced and they did the total replacement. They put in a total new heating and air-conditioning system for us. It was expensive because we had a new air-conditioning unit, furnace, and duct work, so we spent $8000. We would tell others that they were very professional, fast working and did what they said they were going to do.

On the afternoon of 7/13 I noticed that our a/c was not cooling and the outside unit was not running. I called Comfort Services and they told me someone would be available at 8:30 the following morning. Mark arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty contactor. After explaining the problem to me, he went ahead and fixed this, added some freon and checked the system pressures. Within an hour, everything was up and running! I was very happy with the service, professionalism and price point. I will definitely call Comfort Services again next time we have a problem.

Friday night @ 6pm we realized the tempature >90 on the 2nd floor. I placed a 1st time call to Comfort Services and left a message (since they close at 5) by 6:15 Matt called and set my expectations of when he would arrive. Matt called one more time to say he was on the way. After he arrived, Matt diagnosed and fixed the issue. Matt was friendly, professional and punctual. A+++ to Comfort Services and Matt!

After a slightly late start(appointment at 8:00am, arrived at 8:40am) it was all business until completed at around 3:30pm same day. Cleanup was good. Work was neat and professional. I received a 1-year service contract gratis, they promptly called to complete the 6-month inspection of unit.A painless experience with desired result.

They did a good job. We were pleased. They provided quick service. They came out that same day. They seemed to know what they were doing. Their price was fair.

After getting an affordable estimate from James and Sammie. I decided to get new duct work and HVAC. Not only was the price good but the service and knowledge of the employees was excellent. I'll definetly use them again.

I needed to replace an old and failing HVAC system. They provided multiple solutions at different price points along with the key features. The installers arrived on time and were professional and courteous.

My AC was not cooling properly and so I needed to have the problem diagnosed. I called Monday morning around 8am and their office seemed busy (I expected this on a Monday AM, especially given the high temps we've been experiencing) however they were very pleasant and took my call quickly. The phone experience increased my confidence in choosing them. By 10am, a technician was at my home (wow!). After checking the inside and outside components, he made service recommendations and I agreed to his suggested solution. By 11am, the issue was fixed. I felt he did a thorough job, priced it fairly, and was completed with a courteous and professional attitude. Overall, I am very happy with the total experience.

Called the company around 8:00 am. Technician arrived around 11:00 am and repairs were completed before noon. The professionalism, competence, and ability of this company is first rate. I will definitely use this contractor again (as we have an older AC unit and it will probably have problems in the future).

It was a pleasant experience. I enjoyed their salesperson and their installers were fine. They showed up when promised and did what they promised. I also bought an attic zipper seal for $200 and a 10 year warranty for $600 from Lennox. This system qualified for the Stimulus Package Tax Credit of $1500.00 and I have been enjoying lower heating/ac bills since installation. Not sure if electricity bills are lower because of this more efficient heat pump or some other measures I took.
