Took my cat Whiskers to Banks to be watched after surgery. The surgery went well, he was just there for post operative watch. Since my husband and I both worked and they didnt want him to be alone, the hospital suggested taking him to a vet to be watched. We didnt have a vet yet and he was close by so we took him here. He left my cat unattended (left the building) and while he was gone Whiskers died. When he called me, AT WORK, he just said your cat is dead, didnt even call him by name at first. I was in shock! I asked him what does he mean my cat is dead, he was fine when we left him. He said he didn't know, he left and when he came back he was dead and he needed to know how I wanted to dispose of the body. I was so upset I couldn't even talk. I told him he needed to call and talk to my husband. To put insult to injury, we had to pay a lot of money afterwards for him, in my opinion, to kill my pet. I will NEVER take any animal to this place,


Update: Unfortunately YOU are the vet that I took Whiskers to. ( I am that person in 2006) When I posted this it would not let me go back any farther in date. I know the date wasnt correct and the "Day" is still not correct but the memory is correct as is the heartache and the guilt for taking him there. Not only was my pet gone but the manner in which I was told was uncaring and unprofessional and then to make us pay for his care was totally heartless. He didnt even say he was sorry, his only concern was how I wanted to "dispose" of him and I needed to make a decision right then. That is when I told him to call my husband as I couldnt even fathom having to make that decision right then.

His personality makes him just great to deal with. We've never had any problems.

My pet was seen immediatly upon arrival. Since she is a stray cat, the vet performed a feline HIV test as well as testing for leukemia. After ten minutes, the test results came back, thankfully negative. I brought my pet in for a suspected UTI, which was confirmed. The vet gave her a shot as well as a precautionary worm medicine. The doctor and staff were very knowledgable. The vet prescribed some medication to give my cat at home. My cat is doing very well. The price was very reasonable. I will definitley use this facility again if needed. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Very pleased!

He is a very good vet. He is great at diagnosing problems and finding the best way to take care of my dogs. He is very easy to schedule with my vet. He lets you set up a payment plan if you need one.

They charge $14 a day to board. We have also used them for vaccination and kennel services in the past. They are friendly. They are responsive. Our dog seems happy to be there. They have people there who really like pets and they take good care of our dog. I make appointments for any service.

We also have her vaccinated there. The kennel cost is about $16. We had her boarded there a couple of days later and that is $14 a day. They are friendly. They are responsive. He is a good doctor. I had been taking my dog to her every month.
