We are extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of Hardscapes and the care they put into constructing our patio. Adam was highly professional, knew exactly what to do with our sloped grade and how to attractively integrate our new outdoor space with the existing area. While we were trying to decide on the color and texture of the pavers and retaining block to be used, Adam dropped by and left us samples of those selections we had made to assure we would be happy before going forward. One of the things that was important to me personally and I really appreciated with Adam was that when I first met with him and told him what we were thinking of doing, he pointed out several things that I had set my mind on and he told me that they could be done but that I probably wouldn't be happy with them in the end, considering the smaller size of our space. Based on his experience he was thinking of what he believed would best accomplish our goal and make us the most happy in the end. When it was finished, it was easy to see he was correct. Several of my ideas would not have worked well or looked very good. Ours was a smaller project and we were pleased when one of his crews became available to come several weeks early and tackle the job in just 3 days. This being our first patio, I was impressed at the amount of work that went into a project like this. His crew earned my respect with their knowledge, courtesy and attention to detail. They were very open to any questions or concerns I had during the project and made sure I was satisfied as they proceeded. Every one of them had a terrific attitude. Due to the slope of our back yard, they built up the space with retaining block that created a very attractive, slight lift to the outer edge of the patio above the yard, which we just love. They integrated the house side of the patio seamlessly with the existing siding and left a nice clean line. At the completion of the job, they cleaned up and covered any trodden-down areas with topsoil and left the yard in terrific shape! They also warranty their work and all I can say is, if you're looking for someone to come in and do your Hardscape project, give this guy a call.

Adam was a pleasure to work with. He drew up the plans himself and met with us before starting the project to make sure we were all on the same page. His workers were very efficient and thorough. The quality of work completed was exceptional and we couldn't be happier with our pavers/walkway. His team was very professional and clean. The project didn't drag out, they came in and worked every day until the project was complete. They also cleaned up after themselves every night so we didn't come home to a mess. We had three different companies come out and give us a quote for the same project and Adams price was competitive and the quality of work far exceeded our expectations. Save yourself the time and look no further for any hardscaping work you are looking to have done.

The crew that performed the work at our house was amazing. The entire process went better than I would have imagined. The wall they built is very well built and looks amazing. The Grading work that was done was above and beyond my expectations. The crew was on time every day and were very respectful of our property, they cleaned up each day, took time to answer all of my many questions, and made my family feel comfortable while they were working. This was the largest investment I have ever purchased on any of my properties and I couldn't be happier with the end result. If you need work like this done, Give Hard Scapes the opportunity, you will not be disappointed. It is very hard finding any company now days that not only does what they say they are going to do, but then goes above and beyond your expectations.... I have found that in this company... It went great. Adam's large team arrived as scheduled and were able to turn around the job in 3.5 days. They did a great job on our project. It turned out exactly as we had envisioned it. The design and execution were excellent. The clean up, grading, the repairing/replacing of grass, and the mulching afterwards were great. They were very thorough and great to work with. Highly recommend.

The guy who did it was really good. He was somewhat of a one man shop. He had some other guys. There were times that it was challenging for him to come back on time but a lot of the guys are busy. He was always good and if there was an issue he would come back and he would do a little extras. That was all so great. He did not charge me a thing for the wiring for the lighting.

Adam Simpson, owner of HardScapes LLC, was with us every step of the process which began with design of the patio. Next step was to choose a paver combo which blended with our home colors. He offered suggestions and arranged for us to see the pavers in person at the distributor's for a close view of the various colors of the pavers. Next step was to submit a rendering of the patio onto a plot of our land to the HOA, which Adam drew out for us? He took care of the request for the location of utility and cable lines. On the start date, he and his crew showed up right on time. The crew worked diligently, with minimal damage to existing sod. We mentioned we would be adding a sprinkler system next year, so he contacted a company, who advised running a PVC pipe underneath the pavers for future use. We also requested our quote to include replacing any sod that might be damaged during the process, and that was handled as well. The process took 2 days. We are extremely pleased. We have used Hard Scapes at a previous home and we were equally as pleased.

The project went extremely well. It was initially planned to start 3 weeks later, but when Adam had an open slot, he slotted our project in (Adam is the owner of the business). We are extremely pleased with the service we received. When initially reaching out to Hard Scapes LLC for an estimate, we found Adam very responsive. He arrived on time to provide the estimate, he listened to our vision for the project, provided numerous suggestions and feedback on our vision. We communicated primarily via email and text messaging and always received replies within a day or so. After a couple months of contemplating the scope of our project, we moved ahead with a plan that incorporated a number of our original thoughts as wells a various suggestions from Adam. The project took a total of 7 consecutive days (excluding Sunday) with a 6 man crew. The crew was excellent. My understanding is that many of the crew have been with Hard Scapes LLC for years with some members being with the company for over 10 years. Throughout the entire project, every team member worked hard and we didn't see any of them dawdle. The crew included a combination of older and younger members, all of which were very professional throughout the project. They arrived early (around 7:30am) and worked until about 4:30pm, taking one break for lunch. We tried to provide them coffee in the morning on the cooler days and they definitely seemed to appreciate that. When I had questions, the crew was very patient and thorough in answering them. They took time to explain what they were doing and why. They were very knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. The project was completed in a meticulous fashion. Before the project started, Adam had our utilities marked off so that nothing was inadvertently damaged. During the project, existing landscape features that we wanted to keep (like plants and stones) were carefully put aside so we could reuse them. Our landscape lighting was replaced after the project was done in a more professional way than it started out (landscape wiring was buried better and they even replaced a segment of our low voltage wiring with brand new wire). Our front yard got a bit chewed up from the tracks of the machines used to haul in dirt, gravel and stones, but when the project was finished, the damaged area was reseeded and covered with straw. No garbage or leftover materials were left behind and the clean-up job was fantastic. Our main concern when initially speaking with other companies was the lack of professionalism. We had companies that did not show up to provide estimates on time, who didn't provide any input or suggestions, and who were not responsive when we were initially discussing our project scope. We went with Hard Scapes LLC because it did not have any of the issues above and are extremely pleased with our choice. We would most definitely use Hard Scapes LLC again for future projects.

Excellent work

Adam was very accessible before we had even hired him. He has one of the best crews- they were here every morning before 7 AM and worked all day until around 4-5 PM. They cleaned as they worked and when gravel was in the street they were constantly sweeping it up so it would not leave a mess. Our neighbors were so impressed at their work ethic. Even when changes came up during the process Adam was always a phone call away. He listened to what we wanted and delivered!

Perfect! Since it had to be done, we decided to have Adam also create a 15'x5' river rock border on one side of the walkway and matching river rock on the other. This job also involved removing gardenia plants, which they re-planted for us. They also disposed of the concrete hatches for us, since we installed new plastic "tubes" with covers that make the septic tank easier to access. They are the most careful work crew and the area was spotless when they left. We would give them an A+++++ rating!

Amazing!  Adam at Hard Scapes was quick to respond to an online estimate request.  He worked with our reschedule to look at the property and assess the job requested, twice.  He was knowledgeable about the work needed, provided examples of solutions and products to use. 
Our HOA requires approval for any improvements on the property that may effect easements, and Adam worked with us to submit all of the proper documents to send for approval.   After approval was received, Adam scheduled the work to be done, and despite the rain, was able to start work within 2 business day of the proposed start date.  
The team that did the installation were professional and respectful of outdoor furniture decor, and best of all, didn't harm any existing grass.  They were finished within two days and cleaned everything up.  
The end result is above and beyond what we were hoping for and couldn't be happier that we chose Hard Scapes LLC!

It went great. Adam came out to our house and surveyed the area and listened to what we wanted done. He provided us with a quote and got us scheduled for the installation. Adam was very communicative through the entire process. The installation was like clock-work. All of the employees are very professional and attentive. The finished product looks great and provides exactly what I needed in terms of practicality. Be aware that Hardscapes is incredibly busy (which is a good thing), so you might have to wait a couple weeks to get on the schedule. Go ahead and wait, it's worth it. Hardscapes is not the least expensive that you will find, but they are the best. Go ahead and pay the extra pennies and have these Adam and his team handle the work. I've got a new appreciation for what backbreaking and detailed work the proper installation of pavers entails. I would gladly hire these guys to do some more work at my house and likely will.

This is our second time using Hard scapes. Adam is very easy to work with and his prices are fair. He is very busy so we had to wait several months to have the work done which was OK with us. He did work for us in the past and I was very happy with the experience so I was glad to wait. He returns calls promptly. Your project will get done quickly-weather permitted. His workers are there every day until the job is done and they are excellent at what they do. I've had contractors that don't show up for days at a time and this won't happen with Hard scapes. Excellent experience and highly recommend

If I could give Adam and his crew a higher grade than an "A" I would. We were so impressed with Hard Scapes LLC from our very first meeting. I knew immediately that Adam was the one we anted to work with. He was incredibly knowledgable and knew right away what was "ailing" our patio. Adam was responsive to emails and follow ups. Once our repair was scheduled, the team was punctual, courteous, incredibly hard working, and so fast. The works was done properly and every speck of dirt was cleaned up prior to them leaving. We're now proud owners of an almost brand new patio. Fantastic way to start the summer. We highly recommend Adam and his team and would use them again in a snap.

The patio is truly beautiful. There was never a problem throughout the entire project. A supervised crew showed up and worked non stop until the job was completed. I cannot safe enough good things about this company.
