The experience was fine. We bought plants.

Very prompt service, excellent prices and found the tile I loved after going to tons of locals tile stores.  I bought excess, and they took it back and credited my account.
I would use them again.........cheap!

Did a magnificent job on new gutters. They did stunning work. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The quality of work was excellent.

The quality and price for tile was better then other companies.

We had the washer and dryer for about 2 months. We started having a problem with the water temperature. They came out and stated they would have to order a part. They gave us a date for when they would come back. The part never came in, so we rescheduled the appt for them to come and fix it. The part then came in about 2 days later, and they stated they could not come out for another 2 weeks. I even called someone from customer service, and they stated they would call me right back and it took him 6 hours to return my call. I even e-mailed the customer service team for the store and no one called. I finally installed the part myself and it works now. After finally talking to the reconciliation team there, they stated they would send me a gift card for $100. Overall, I was not impressed with their customer service.
