They've always been excellent. I've been using their shop at least 3-4 years and never have a problem. They're very reasonable and honest. I would highly recommend them.

I felt confident that they were honest in what they said needed to be done. They were very polite and congenial. I was pleased with the service and intend to continue to take my car there for service. When it was cold and the tire pressure light went on, I brought my in car and they carefully checked the tires and added air without charge.

He is wonderful, I use him all the time. My older daughter's car will be out of warranty soon, and we will start using Eagle again. What I like is that if there is anything that can wait to be fixed, they will tell you that, and they will talk to you about your budget. They don't assume you are loaded. I was afraid the first time I went in there because I knew there is a lot that needed to be fixed, but he just told me what I needed to fix to keep it running, and when it finally goes, is when we can fix more. He spread it out. I have had one situation where it took him 3 days to fix it, but the part was hard to find.

This is the best place to go for honest, top knotch service on your car! As a woman I used to be worried I was being ripped off by autoshops. But finally we found John at Eagle and now our family and friends all go to him. I appreciate that peace of mind for sure!

Repair was made.

I love these guys.  It took me 10 years of living here to find a great service station for my vehicle.  I have used them a couple of times but most of all I appreciate their honesty.  When they told me my fan belt was cracking and needed to be replaced soon, it was so refreshing to tell them to go ahead because I knew they weren't trying to take me for a ride. When my AC went out I was ready to spend a ton of money.  They have done tune-ups, minor repairs, and air conditioning issues for me.  They have done well at all of them.

The job was professional done and the price is pretty good.

It turns out that years ago Eagle had done a significant repair on an old Volvo owned by my daughter. That service was satisfactory in every way. I had forgotten about that and did not think of Eagle until I found them here on Angie's List.
I happened to mention Angie's List in passing when I dropped off the car and thought no more about it. When I went to pick up the car, the bill was totaled up and I was in the process of paying when "John" said, "You said you found us on Angie's list didn't you?" I figured he was interested in that from a marketing standpoint or just making polite conversation. When I acknowledged that that was right, he said, "Wait a minute, you are due a discount." He deducted 5% and recalculated the bill. I was floored but delighted, of course!
My experience with Eagle Automotive was good and I am going to take them another vehicle that has some heat and a/c issues.

Great.  Called and asked about dropping car off.  Dropped it off at lunch and picked it up after work.  It was ready to go!

They repaired the a/c that we had taken to 3 different places.

I found Eagle Automotive via Angie's List.  I called to inquire about having the a/c in my 4Runner repaired.  The gentleman whom I spoke with was very professional and friendly, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.  He gave me a good honest estimate for the cost of the repair. I dropped my car off that next morning.  By lunch I received a call with their diagnosis and a cost estimate.  I approved the repair and was advised it should be ready by day's end.  A couple hours later, I received a call that the Toyota dealership had delivered the wrong part, and that they would have the right one in the morning (I do not discredit Eagle at all for this error).  Around 10a the next morning I received a call that my car was ready; I picked it up around 1145a.  The repair was a few dollars less than the original estimate, which is always a good thing.  My car was brought around to the front of the shop for me.  I am very satisfied with the service I received today, and look forward to having Eagle perform future service on my car as well as my husband's Explorer.

Costs of repair were very close to the estimate.  They get busy and can't always take you right away.  Their prices are a little high, but the service is good and they are honest.  They explain work done and why, and possible problems to look out for in the near future.

I was overall pleased  and would use them again.

It is a pleasure to deal with Eagle Automotive. They have a very businesslike approach to their work; it is done correctly and thoroughly, and is completed on time. Their customer service is thoughtful. They are careful to provide up-front descriptions and estimates of parts and labor which in my experience have always been on-point and accurate. They also are careful not to spend my money needlessly; in fact they have at times recommended against proceeding with work that legitimately could be done on my 200K-mile Honda Accord sedan unless I was fully informed and still requested that the work be done.
