Carpet Baggers did a very good job for us.  There was a snag due to tile delivery that was out of their control but they followed through and completed the job as quickly as possible once the tile arrived.

We wanted to protect the floors in a house we've recently rented. I contacted Carpet Baggers and spoke to Glenn about what I needed and asked him questions about carpet/rugs for a storage room.  He was very helpful and polite.  He quoted me a reasonable price.  After calling some other companies, I decided to use Carpet Baggers. 
I contacted Glenn again to confirm my order and a date for the delivery.  They delivered the pads on time and were professional, friendly and polite.

They were fair. The only thing I was upset about was that I wasn't contacted when the carpet runner was complete.

Did a good job.  There were some minor bubbles in the large kitchen area they didn't see on initial installation (finished at night).  They were very responsive and came back in a couple days and resolved them.  The home is an older one, is on a slab, and they had to do a lot of work removing the old vinyl layers, as well as some repair and leveling that drove the cost up a bit...but they were certainly fair in their charges.  Sales rep had exceptional communications and responsiveness from installers; overall a great experience.

The saleswoman, Nancy, was very  helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She had even come out to measure for the floor. The order arrived at the store quickly and it was installed within a week. They did a great job!

new tile was thicker than the old.  Same tile guy came the next day and fixed the problem.
The floors are fabulous!    We had several bad spots that they cleaned up and everything looks uniform.

They did a very good job. We had several firms come in and give quotes. They were not the lowest but not much more expensive. we chose them because they seemed to be easier to work with and more knowledgeable. During the quoting process they pointed out several things and we discussed them to determine the best coarse of action. They were always very prompt and freindly.
We decided to do the instaslation in two stages as the only bedrooms were upstairs and there was a natural break where the floors could be installed separately. The first day the crew came in and removed the existing carpet and had all the flooring installed by the end of the day for all the first section (three bedrooms, an office, and a large closet). The next few days had the different sanding and finish coats applied. We waited a week and then had them do a set of stairs and the remaining bedroom. This was a smaller section and they had a smaller crew performing the work. They were very responsive when I had any questions and overall were very pleasant to deal with.

Our sales person, Nancy Dewitt came to my home and went over all of her recommendations.  When I told her we wanted wood or laminate but that durability was my number one priority because we have children and pets she introduced me to this amazing product- luxury vinyl tile.  Every person that has come into my house has commented on how beautiful our new hardwood floors are!  They won't scratch and are super easy to clean- and extremely affordable.  The crew did everything they said they would within the promised time.  I couldn't be more thrilled!

We found Carpet Baggers on Angies list and all of their reports were excellent.  We visited their showroom and spoke with Mr. Glen Orr who was very helpful.  We were able to select carpeting and determine how we wanted our hardwood floors refinished. 
This was a BIG project that involved moving all of the furniture from the downstairs of our house and into the garage while the hardwood floors were refinished.  The Carpet Baggers folks handled the moving and amazingly enough, no furniture, walls or woodwork was scratched or nicked.  The hardwood guys were thorough and did excellent work.  The new floors look fantastic.  When it came time to move the furniture back into the house, there was a glitch in the folks that were supposed to move it back in but Glen Orr and Chris came to the house (about 6pm and it was dark) and began moving the furniture in.  MURPHY was at work and a power transformer blew, leaving us in total darkness.  Glen and Chris continued to work while my wife and I manned the flashlights.  This was above and beyond the call of duty but they did it!
The new carpet for the upstairs went just as smoothly.  The installers, Timothy and Daren arrived right on time and worked straight through the day.  They didn't even take a lunch break.  Their work was excellent.
You won't go wrong with Carpet Baggers.

A water supply line to our 2nd floor restroom ruptured and flooded our 1st floor. There were many repairs required but the most positive experience was working with Kim from Carpet Baggers. She did an exceptional job researching and matching the type of flooring that we currently had since ours was discontinued. She also did an excellent job scheduling and communicating to us and the installation crew. She's very professional and customer oriented.
Also David and Paul did an outstanding job with the installation. They too were very professional and customer oriented. There's no doubt that they both take great pride in their workmanship.
I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend others to do so.

The contact with Carpetbaggers has been great from the start, but not yet finished.  I anticipate it will be grand!

My husband wasn't pleased as I was.  He said he will give them B+, but I loved them.  I will use them again in the future.

I was very pleased with the entire process.  The sales person was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and actually came out to the house a few times during the installation to check on the progress.  The installers were very professional, on time and did a great job and they cleaned up after themselves with very little mess.  Although there was a lot of dust generated, the sales person hired someone to come in and clean our entire home.
Very impressed with the services and attention to detail and will definitely use them on future projects.

We were very pleased with them.  They re carpeted our home 10 years ago, they put tile in our office and re carpeted it a year and a half ago.  We will be using them in a couple of months for another project.

Great from start to finish, no complaints

From start to finish, my experience was Outstanding!!! My neighbor next door just used them on my recommendation and her new floors look great. I plan on calling them this week to have other rooms done in my home.

Carpet Baggers did an excellent job.  The first phase was very messy, dusty and loud.  Carpet Baggers put up plastic to keep the mess contained to the specific area that they were working.  The workmanship was 1st class. I would recommend anyone considering having flooring replaced to contact Carpet Baggers.

The salesperson, Nancy, with whom I worked, was very professional, personable, and patient with helping me select the carpet. She made every effort to ensure that the carpet was installed the day before we moved in, while the house was still empty, which made our move much easier. The installers were very professional and careful and did a beautiful job with the installation and were thorough with the cleanup. They also very carefully measured a tricky staircase for a runner, which had to be returned for binding and brought back to be installed a week later. It turned out beautifully, as well. We are very pleased and will definitely return to them for future flooring projects. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top quality!
