Description of Work: Repaired two leaning panels of fence. Quick quote but picked busiest season to have our fence repaired so it took them a little time to get to us... BUT definitely worth the wait! They came when they said they would and fixed our fence to our satisfaction. We had a number of fence installers/repair people try to take advantage of our two leaning panels claiming more extensive repair work needed to be done (had one quote for $800+!). Thankfully, Shepherd knows their stuff and was able to give us great service at a great price. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I called for an estimate on an automatic driveway gate. The responded within 24 hours with a professional estimate on all materials and labor. It was the best estimate I had received and they sounded like they really knew their business. They were the first fence people I had spoken with that sounded like they had answers for my questions. Made an appointment for them to come to my home and measure and give me a written estimate. They arrived on time (actually a little early). And professionally measured and checked out the area. Answered all my questions and we agreed to have them install the gate and automatic opener. They ordered the gate and it took about 3 weeks to come in. Made an appointment to install it. Weather delayed the first appointment. Came about 4 days later and installed the gate. Very professional work. It took 2 days to install because of the wait required in drying the cement for the posts. A small glitch in the the electric plug (a factory error) delyed the final part of the installation of the working of the automation in the gate. I love my gate. Works beautifully. They even did touch up paint on the welds on the hinges and any bolts or screws that were showing. It is exactly what I wanted at the best price. Shepherd Fence is by far the most informed of the 3 companies I checked with. They knew exactly what I wanted and that is what I received. They were knowlegable about the workings of the automatic opener as well as the installation of it and the gate. All and all a good experience.
