LTD Landscaping, LLC

Unreliable and incompetent. Paid for installation of 6 underground sprinklers. Broke existing drain pipe and promised to pay to fix it but never did. Also did not complete job as promised. Had to purchase additional sprinkler heads and install myself. In over his head.

We had several large pine trees, infested with pine beetles that had died and some had actually snapped in half. I saw many logs stacked up around the Wildewood golf course, so I asked management who they were using to clean up the diseased trees on the golf course. They highly recommended Jason Cowan of LTD Landscaping because he was professional, trustworthy and had a good crew. Well, I called Jason and he showed up on time and made some very helpful suggestions. He sent me an estimate and it was thorough. Now, I know no one enjoys paying to have dead trees removed, but Jason and the crew spent two days removing about 6 dead trees and a. great deal of debris and hauled it away. I was so impressed by their work ethic, that I decided to hire LTC Landscaping to regularly groom my yard. This is a big step for me because I am a Master Gardener and have always taken care of my own yard.

Jason and crew did a great job of explaining the process, figuring costs, and implementing the plan. In addition, the crew answered my questions, gave good advice on caring for the new sod, and generally went beyond tasks that were expected of them. Jason has made follow-up visits, texts, and phone calls to make certain everything was going well, and he even replaced a faulty sprinkler head and set my irrigation system to do the things it needed to do for the new grass. I could not be more pleased with the expertise, professionalism, and friendly way in which the project was accomplished.

I loved working with Jason and his crew! Jason is very professional and provided quick service, giving me a quote one afternoon and removing the tree the very next day. His crew was efficient, hardworking and left the area around the tree as well as leading up to the location of removal clean. I thought his pricing was fair and will use them again in the future should we need his services.

This is a very high quality group of people. They worked diligently and left my place looking like the tree was never there

***UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS POST*** After speaking with Jason (owner) and leaning of the circumstances surrounding the provocation of my previous post. My wife and I decided to give LTD Landscaping a second try. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION WE HAVE MADE. Jason the owner come out to our resident. And he and his crew did a PHENOMENAL JOB at GREAT PRICE. I take back about not recommending to use LTD Landscaping. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED USING HIS SERVICES.

Outstanding Work; Professional Workmanship!!! Needed a large pine tree removed in the front yard; very close to my home. Our church asked him to remove branches, trees and stumps from our local cemetery. He was very responsive to our request and was able to quickly finish the work. We are very happy with the results and it looks great. Very affordable. We would recommend him to others.

You can stop shopping for landscapers now because this guy is the end all in our opinion. Landscaping from A - Z ... vision creation, design, installation where no possible solution could have been foreseen on at least a 30 degree slope to a swampy pond. Jason does an INCREDIBLE JOB! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! He is communicative, professional, visionary, and a problem solver who went above and beyond with his incredibly hard working team to produce a hardscape & landscape above & beyond our expectations. Reasonably priced, quality, DETAILED PRECISION work, you want this man and his team on your team!! We are still marveling at the transformation as we look at our beautiful yard day after day. He is still following up ensuring the sod is taking, fixing irrigation issues, and coming up with solutions for other projects. Happy to be a reference at any point. This company is about as low a 'risk' as you can take, and we have not had the pleasure of writing that about many contracting companies. I made an appointment on Friday. This company provided the service the next day. They removed a tree stump in less than 30 minutes. They arrived on time and cleaned up before leaving. This company is truly professional. I will hire them again and will recommend this company to my friends. Thank you for a job well done!!

LTD was very professional and did exactly what we instructed them to do.

I had to have some trees pruned and I contacted LTD Landscaping. Jason gave me a good estimate for what I needed done. When the time came they did what was expected plus some extra cleanup and pruned another tree that needed it. Great job, great service and my lawn was left clean.

Not an over inflated review. Jason and his crew went right to work removing some very diseased and OLD Lyland Cypress (total of 12) There efforts were hindered by a lot of rain, but Jason constantly kept in communication with me and when the weather was favorable, completed the project. They cut down, removed, hauled the trees then a ground all the stumps. Because of my recent back surgery he even brought in his auger to punch the holes for the new trees that I purchased. His guys wasted no time getting the job done, cleaned up and disappeared This company can do more than tree removal and I can honestly say I have a permanent contractor for all my heavy landscaping, tree, etc needs. His prices were fair and reasonable. If you need tree removal, etc definitely contact Jason for a quote. Professional in every manor and a work ethic that is uncommon in a lot of young folks now a days. You won't be disappointed

What a transformation! My yard looks fabulous and I can't wait until spring to see everything in bloom. Plan to hire this contractor again to help with grass issues.
