Elite Construction is operated and owned by Pablo Montero and Raul Rojas. We are the only employees and complete all the work. We visit the job and give a free estimate. If we are hired to do the job we ask for cost of materials up front and the rest after completion of the job.

We have used Elite Construction for several projects in our condo. They have removed popcorn ceilings, repaired sheetrock, painted, replaced damaged woodwork, hung doors, and applied a multi-step surface to our balcony floor. We have been completely satisfied every time. These two young men are punctual, honest, careful, hard-working, and they use good judgement and taste when making decisions and recommendations. They are charming and polite. They clean up carefully at the end of every day and after every project. We recommend them highly.

The two owners do all the work, which I really like. They showed up on time, and always picked up the garbage and left home clean. Kept in constant contact with me, and had very good manners. Since removing popcorn ceilings is very messy, I moved out of my home, but always did surprise stop by's. These guys work, they do not dilly dally or play with their phones, they just keep working. I would highly recommend them for any home upgrades, they tend to be perfectionists.
