I am unbelievably disappointed although I have a year's contract with them. I am not sure how I am going to deal with these people. They had someone come to my house recently to do my yard landscaping and she was phenomenal, yet I am starting to have more problems again with them. Their billing is a little inaccurate and the vice president in this area is an obnoxious person. You know, when a person that runs a business is obnoxious it filters down through the rank. It is very sad. I have told her that I am an excellent customer because I have spent over $10,000 with them over the past year. I told her I am a very dissatisfied customer. She really did not apologize to me so I am rather disappointed. Their pricing is high but they bill for things that they did not even discuss. I am having somebody come out to my house to discuss this billing because they have billed me for things that they haven't done and they have billed me for things they told me I would not be billed for. It is a very distressing thing. The fact that I have been a customer for over a year is disturbing. I think they nickel and dime you. I was thinking about reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
