We specialize in roofing and gutters. We do Residential and Commercial roof. Turn Key personnel pride themselves on the quality of services, prompt follow up and the ability to educate customers on needs and options to help them make the best decisions. We install around 500- 600 roofs a year and strive to ensure all customer expectations are met. We consider one of the best indicators of a professional and well run organization is client satisfaction. We are local, licensed, insured and bonded. We are members of Anderson chamber of commerce and Greenville chamber of commerce. We have an A+ rating with the BBB.

They were horrible. The left horrible lumps in the roof and refused to fix it. They yelled at me when I pointed the roof lump out to them. They refused to do gutters on side of house and did not do the full gutters like they were to do. The insurance adjuster had things that were to be replaced and they talked my husband out of repairing those things. They came out and then hired out contractors to just throw the job together. I felt they lied about the service they were going to perform. My roof looks worse now than before the storm. They would show up randomly without calling. They would smoke cigarettes and put them out in my yard.

"This client are scam artist. Please google the client who is an Attorney at law and see all of his terrible reviews. They owe us over $13,000.00 that they never paid. The member posted this review when we told our collection agency to send the dogs after them. Please go look at her house and see how great it looks. We have filed a lien but they have filed bankruptcy and the house is being forclosed on. We hope to get our money but it doesn't look good. I'm sure the client knows what he is doing and never plans to pay us. $13,000 is a lot of money for a small business and he doesn't care who he bankrupts. Its a good thing we have a business built up but I hope no one else has to go through this with the client. We would never yell at anyone and we had 3 guys onsite that can verify what was said when we met with them. They are horrible people! Sincerely, Leah"

They were good, but the only reason we didn’t go with them is that, they do only roofing and we had to have other work done. They gave us some numbers of people we could call to see their work. I may not use them in future.

Scott, Turnkey's sales rep, did a very good job in helping me select shingle color, style and manufacturer. He also helped select a replacement skylight. When we had proposed changes to the project, Scott worked with Leah, in their central office, to make sure that I had updated project quotes. Most of the time, new quotes were in my email before I could get to my computer. Excellent response. None of the other 5 bidders were anywhere nearly as responsive to my questions and proposed project changes. Scott selected an excellent subcontractor to actually perform the re-roofing work. The work began on time, progressed without interruption, and was completed in a very reasonable time period. The work crew covered and protected areas which could be damaged by their work. They covered and protected the existing guttering from damage by ladders and falling roofing materials. While the weather was cool and dry (what good luck), the workers made sure that the roof was completely protected each night. At the end of the project, the work crew did a very thorough clean up job. They picked up, swept up, and vacuumed up the entire work area. They also used magnetic devices to pick up nails on the ground and in the bushes, and around the full job site. The work crew did such a good job, I gave each of them a small tip when they finished. Now, a week later, I can barely tell any work was done, except for the great looking new roof and skylight. Finally, the completed project cost was exactly as quoted up front. Great job Scott, Leah and the entire work crew.

We paid a very small amount of $200 because the insurance covered the entire amount. The job was okay. They had to come back and redo a portion of it. They have an all Hispanic staff. I don't know how good the communication was. There was one area where squirrels had got up in the attic, and we had to have someone come to do something prior to the roofing job. We told the roofing guys specifically that particular area would had to be left undone, and they had to go back to tear it off. They redid it. They were good. Their price was reasonable. The quality was good.

Turn key roofing are a very good company. They came to my house after I called them as a reference from a friend and were very nice and did everything they said they would do. Ashley and Todd were very professional and was very humbling to talk to through my difficult time after a major storm. I would have them to come back and eat supper with me and my family because that is how courteous and comfortable I was with them. If I ever need them again I will call them in a minute, and will tell all my friends!!!

I was very impressed with Scott & Ashley with Turn Key Roofing. I maintain a busy schedule and was very happy with the process they used to work with my insurance company, associated paperwork etc. From the first contact to the install of my roof the responsiveness was great. It was really nice to have an additional number / contact of multiple employees if one was not available. I was amazed at the speed of the guys installing the shingles as well. I met them when I was pulling out from work and by the time I came home my roof was complete. I was a nice touch that they called that evening to be sure I was happy with the outcome. I will be sure to recommend them to my friends. Scott & Ashley you are a great team; keep up the good work. P.S. I look forward to my $100 dollar referral checks...
