I have been using Hagan Heating & Air Conditioning for quite a few years now for the home that I owned before and the one I own now. His price is in line with other contractors for heating and air conditioner businesses and I think he is reasonable. I have two central air conditioning units and my total cost is $140. Most single level house just has one unit and that would probably be $70 or so. He is always prompt and cleans up after himself. He is very good. I would highly recommend him to a friend. I have already recommended him to several of my friends. He has high standards for the technicians that he hires and every single technician that has ever come to my home has just been excellent with their professionalism, quality, and they are just courteous. They really know what they are doing. They are very well-trained.

ON time and very well. I never have had to call them between service calls and they notify me when its time to schedule one.

I used Hagen Heating and Air a couple months ago. They were reasonable. They are prompt, they are honest. We have used their services for I guess about twenty years and have never been disappointed.

I did not have a good experience with him at all. He installed a defective unit then charged me to fix the problems. I felt like he overcharged and was more focused on making his profit than customer service. I would never use him again.

They were fabulous. We called them at 8 am and they were here by 10:30. They had an extra motor on their truck. They fixed it and we had air conditioning again by 11:30. We have an infant in the house so it was amazing. Their service call was $65. They were very responsive and very professional. As a woman sometimes I feel that service providers are condescending to me but he had a nice manner of making sure that I understood without seeming condescending. I really valued that because I am highly educated and have a big job outside the home. I didn't have a reference for the cost but I gladly paid it.
