Very happy with our newly cleaned fireplace and chimney. We were having issues with smell and so far so good! Rich was really knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. It was also apparent that he was on our side and didn’t try to oversell anything. We really appreciate it!

Rich is a true, dedicated craftsman who takes immense pride in his work. He power washed our very large bluestone patio and replaced all the sand. As he noticed some stones had sunk, he picked them up and added extra sand underneath so they were all uniform. He came when he said he would, work very diligently until the job was finished three days later. This is the second major job he has done for us and I can't wait to work with him again. Excellent!

Rich accommodated to start work as quickly as possible since rain water was entering the house. He kept in touch throughout, updating us as to when work could start. Once started, the work was completed on time as planned. Rich is a hands-on courteous manager who is proud of his work. The staff is hardworking and polite. All debris was removed and the area was left very clean. We are very satisfied with the work and definitely recommend his company.

The owner was very experienced and knowledgable for the work I wanted done - replacement of an elongated set of entry steps to my house that rise up through a hill. Rich genuinely cares about his clients. After an emergency fail of our chimney in the middle of winter, Rich responded within minutes of my inquiry and scheduled a time to come take a look. The project was complicated and difficult, but I immediately felt at ease with his experience and knowledge upon inspecting things. He ordered the parts needed for the project, and brought his team to get the job done in one day - just in time for a snow storm. We could not run the heat in our home (full of kids) without fumes from our boiler leaking into the home, so Rich getting the chimney fixed and venting properly was extremely appreciated prior to needing to use the heat more consistently! He checked up on us to make sure things were running well and to see if we had any concerns. We are so grateful to Rich and his team and would recommend him to anyone needing chimney work!

Rich came to visit my home to examine my chimney and he was very professional and fair. My chimney was leaking into the basement from the foundation. He gave options for work to be completed. Exceptional service. Installed chimney cap and sealed flashing punctually to remedy my leaking chimney. Shortly after when a completely unrelated issue with the furnace led to a blockage in the system, Rich came right out to inspect and clean the chimney. He even cleaned beyond into the furnace and came out immediately despite inclement weather. Skill, passion and commitment for this trade and his customers make Rich easily the best option for any masonry/chimney project you could need.

We hired Rich to repair our chimney and insert a liner and cap as well as repair the outside fireplace. He later came back to install an insert in our fireplace. Responsive, reasonable, speedy service to reline heavily damaged chimney liner and connections. Conditions were dangerous and not addressed previously by boiler system inspectors or chimney sweep. Rick cleaned all components, replaced the covers with a single properly sized one, hosed off roof and chimney which he also cleaned plus all work areas and even cleared gutters.

Rich is easy to work with an very responsive. We had to reschedule twice due rain/wind and he was on top of it. We have two chimneys and had a long list of things to get down and Rich ensured all were completed!

From grinding out and repointing necessary areas of the chimney, installing a full size stainless steel cover atop the chimney and placing the cement crown, re-laying missing or weather damaged brick, installing a stainless steel flue liner and attaching same to our boiler, filling the interior of the chimney with insulation, and sealing the exterior of the chimney with a water repellent. The expenditure was well within the projected costs for the work performed per the home improvement websites I used to find a chimney/masonry professional. Finally, Rich can be trusted. He was given access to our home when we were summoned for a family emergency.
