My daughter didn't have any hot water in the home that she purchased. Her only source of hot water was through a coil attached to the boiler. This house is very old and no one had ever thought to change out an obsolete system with a hot water heater. Anyway, the coil wasn't heating the water. it did at first, but the warm water only lasted a few minutes. We contacted a lot of plumbers and JMB Plumbing was the only one to call us right away. Jim came out and informed my daughter that the coil system is a terrible system and she should replace it with a hot water heater. So, that's what she did. The price was really good, the service very professional, and it was definitely the correct decision. I would hire Jim again in a minute. He is very friendly, courteous, and won't rip you off. He has very reasonable prices and does great work.

Jim came out on a Sunday with his helper on Memorial Day Weekend WHEN I COULD NOT GET ANY SO CALLED 24 HR PLUMBERS to replace my hot water tank JIM WAS HERE AT 8:30 AM WITH HIS HELPER very clean and neat did a Great Job Highly Recommend Very Reasonable Prices THANKS JIM 5 PLUS STARS TIM AND DONNA Gregson

We needed to get a new water heater to replace ours due to our warranty being 6 years and we were on the 7th year. We checked Lowe's, Home Depot, and some other plumber's prices. The tanks are affordable but the installation fees were ridiculous. I submitted a request on home advisor and JMB Plumbing was recommended. Jim (owner) contacted me immediately and met with us the same day. He was very friendly, honest, and professional. He quoted a very fair price for the tank and installation. The next day he came back with the tank and installed it. Didn't take much time at all and left the area spotless. We are so happy we found JMB Plumbing and scheduled Jim to come back next week for another job we have been holding off on. We have had a few plumber's in the past few years and prices/quotes are outrageous. My husband and I are very pleased and proud to say, we finally have a plumber!! Hopefully we will not need one often, but when we do, we will call Jim.
